Love these cups. However when reordered the company switched to 10oz and shipped. Be careful when you order. It looks like 16oz in unavailable from this supplier

At least one in four cups is faulty and leaks ... do not use the product often so did not realize until after return window had closed... please contact!

I bought an entire case of these (1,000 cups.) I drink a lot of coffee and use them to take with me on the road every day. One of the main uses for these was to re-heat my coffee. Every time I tried, the cup burned at the bottom and emitted a bad smell from the burning. I only re-heat for 1 minute, in a normal microwave. Evidently, the bottom "edge" is seperate from the cup filled with liquid. Paper will burn in a microwave if not surrounded by liquid. The bottom base of this is designed to make it stand easily. It is not part of the cup holding the liquid. Hence, the bottom edge burning. Over half the coffee I drink, I've reheated from the pot I made earlier in the day. Now I have to use a special container to re-heat and then pour it into these when it's done. The point of getting disposable cups for me was to decrease the amount of cups going into the dishwasher. Since I reheat so much coffee, this doesn't really help all that much in reducing the dish washing load. These are fine if you'rer not going to use them in the microwave. They are actually pretty nice. Lids work great (bought a case of those too, lol.) Very nice cups and lids. Stay on tight throughout the day and the cups stay solid. Commercial quality. The 3-star is for claiming they are microwaveable. They are not. Learned a lesson here...don't buy so many at first. :) SF

I am a repeat customer for these cups (many times) for our office. I've bought them in almost every size, but this size seems to be the one everyone has settled on.

This will last us years! It is the same as Costco 500 count 16oz dixie hot cups but twice as much for 1.5x the cost.
