**Q: What is the purpose of these?**
A: Dummy rounds are used for 3 purposes: 1. Test the loading, feeding and ejecting. 2. Practice dry fire on pistols and revolvers with less risk of damaging the firing pin or spring. 3. Used to test failure drills to simulate a round not firing/feeding.

**Q: Can I use this with my ruger 22 single six revolver?**
A: Yes you can use the 22 LR snap caps with the ruger 22 single six revolver.  Please note the single six also has extra cylinder for use with 22 WMR cartridges.  We sell 22 WMR snap caps as well.

**Q: Glock 43x?**
A: I believe the Glock 43X is a 9x19. These are 22LR so basically a fake 22LR rounds of ammunition.  If you have a Glock 44, which I believe is 22LR then yes.

**Q: Since .22 lr are rimfire and dry firing can cause damage to the firearm, are the snap cap rims soft enough to prevent damage to the weapon?**
A: Yes, the Steelworx .22LR snap caps are made of soft 17-4 stainless steel, a softer grade of steel than the steel used in firing pins.  Each dry fire will leave a slight indentation on the snap cap rim, but will not damage the pin.
