Expected more than what’s it delivered
The media could not be loaded. The material is light weight.. looks premium but when u hold u realise the material is average. The glass lid looks good but it does not keep the food hot as the purpose is to keep the food hot. The insulation is not good as what you get from Milton. It’s more of a showpiece with a good value price if that’s what you want otherwise go for the standard Milton brand.

Very loose lid
Use it mainly for chapatis. The lid doesn't have a lock feature but is just placed on the top. For keeping rotis, you anyway need to line the bowl with a paper/cloth napkin to absorb any moisture. This extra lining helps to keep chapatis fresh and warm. If there was a lock feature, other liquidey foods would stay warm too. As of now, it is just a convenient, easy to clean bowl not really to keep food warm.
