My cats both love this bed. It is big inside and can fit my two cats who are about 8 lbs Himalayan cats. Of course they didn't want to share so I bought a second. I also had my rabbit try it. She liked it but wanted to eat it so I would not recommend for a rabbit. Nice quality and fast shipping. Well worth the price in my opinion and I love that my purchase is helping employ other women.Update: about a year later the beds didn’t retain their shape and are flat. The cats no longer use them at all and they have been thrown in the garbage. I still love the idea of helping others and maybe they could rework the design to add supports.

Our kitten LOVES this! It’s summer so she likes to sleep on top. We just make a little bed out of it. She likes to put her toys inside and play when it’s puffed up. It’s big enough for her to use when she’s full grown. Made really well. I would recommend this as a gift for someone who had a new kitty. It’s adorable and unique.

This product arrived yesterday so my experience with it is still short. My first impressions are very positive. Great looking, natural texture, perfect size, handmade in Nepal from New Zealand wool. Most importantly my cat loves it. As soon as it was unpacked he began playing. Going inside and spinning around, trying to eat it, coming outside and jumping on top, mashing it down into a nest, curling up for a long catnap in and on it. He wound up spending most of the night there, and was back on it this morning. I couldn't be happier. It comes with a bit of catnip in an envelope but I didn't sprinkle that. He needed no encouragement.

Sent as a gift to cat-loving friends. They report, with pictures, that the "cave" holds its shape and that with habituation their cat has come to seek it as a hidey in which to sleep. It came with catnip as a lure but not all cats are sensitive to catnip. I think cats' natural curiosity is the overriding factor whether they give the product a good try. It seems to be important to move the "cave" around until it's in a place the cat prefers, and this is arrived at empirically. Their pictures indicate a nice-quality product. Their cat weighs ca. 10 pounds and is of slender conformation. I confess I did not notice that one can select from a variety of patterns.

This is a super cute kitty bed, but my kitten doesn’t stay in it. The top caves in easily so she may not feel safe in it. Things could change, but for now, it seems a waste of money.

I received the cat cave promptly, I think it is beautiful although my cat can't get to like it one bit so far. It's been 5 days since I set it up for him, put different treats inside, an old T-shirt that he loves to sleep on, his toys....and nothing. Whatever we tried so far it hasn't worked, it seems the opening to get in is too small (he's 12lbs not bigger) and high for him since he can't stare at the world if he's in there....I had to put his old Amazon cardboard box back with his throw in it! I will give him a couple of more days but I'm afraid I'll have to return it soon. It's sad because it is really beautiful and nice quality and size.

My cat was sleeping in this within 5 minutes of unboxing. She has a lot of anxiety from shelter life as a kitten and this little cave seems to bring her some peace. Glad to see my girl getting some good rest in her cat cave . This would be a great gift or addition to your cat’s furniture. Very comforting and they seem to like the wool.

Both my kitties love them. They jumped right in.Two full sized cats are a tight fight in one, so I bought two initially.They look to be made well and have plenty of room for a good-sized cat.I ordered two more for the grand kitties.
