ADF KIT for Brother MFP, D0016R001 & D001R9001, MFC-L8900, MFC-L6700, MFC-L5900DW…

The first picture shows the replacement parts with what appears to be a pamphlet, which I assumed were instructions on how to replace the parts. But I didn't receive any instructions or a pamphlet of any kind. I was able to locate instructions online, but that took a LOT of time an effort. Those instructions were lacking in details making replacing the parts more difficult than if I had received decent instructions with the product. I note a previous purchaser complained they didn't receive instructions either, under the questions and comments section. So if you order this kit, don't expect to get instructions along with your parts kit. As a result, I am subtracting one star for the lack of instructions. However, the product arrived several days earlier than predicted, so I am adding one star. So it goes back to five-stars.

Working through the dread of breaking off the tabs holding the plastic top parts to the ADF body was the worst part. Once those parts are off, the replacement and re-assembly are easy.
