- ✔️FITMENT - Our weld on Hardtail kit fits on the following models; It fits Honda Shadow VT600 VLX 600 and the bikes related with these models (same bike). It will fit on all the models of Honda Shadow. Because it was specifically made for the Honda Shadow bikes. ✔️RIGHT RIDE HEIGHT - Our weld on the hardtail kit allows you to set the perfect ride height. It will also allow you to set the height according to your need and comfort and allow you to get the bike as low as you want within the limits of swingarm movement. ✔️INSTALLATION - Some welding, grinding and cutting is needed to set the size you want. Remove the rear wheel, cut each side tubing, measure it and need to leave 3” to support the bracket. You can leave the mono strut support till you have the hardtail pieces welded in. After welding you can remove the mono strut. ✔️PACKAGE INCLUDE - Weld on hardtail kit includes; 2 pre-bent pieces and 1 straight crossmember. These pieces sleeve inside the VT600 & VLX600 frame, no slugs are used as the hard tail pieces act as the slugs. Make sure to rosette or plug weld all junctions. ✔️HAVE QUESTIONS?
