Great for lowering blood sugar
As I'm type two diabetic and have been using metformin for some years now I was concerned about my muscle loss and tiredness associated using metformin. I decided to try cinnamon along with chromium petiolate to lower my blood sugar and I now have low blood sugars better than metformin. As cinnamon and chromium petiolate are a more natural alternative and I now feel less tired with more energy I can Highley recommend this item. Note: this works well for me and is just my opinion.

Ideal for quick and easy consumption
These pressed tablets are small, ideal for quick and easy consumption. They don't taste or smell of anything. I think they are quite pricy but then all other tablets were too. It is pretty much just cinnamon with a bunch of caking agents to bulk the tablet out.
