Strong, just not strong enough
Good product. In fairness I must say they did not break, I replaced them before complete failure. These see fairly rough treatment everyday.

Heavy and waxed. Keep the laces tied up tight all day.
These worked great and seem very strong. I'm going to order another set soon to have as a spare set.

It's what I use on all my boots and it's also made in the USA. The wax will only last me a few months of everyday use, but even so; not a bad product.

Pleased
The only reason this has four instead of 5 is because the picture is not a true reflection of how evident the laces are two colors. The lighter color stands out a lot.

It doesn't really stay-tied, still have to use double-knot
These laces are heavy-duty, and work well for hiking boots. However, the product title is misleading. The wax does not prevent the laces from coming untied. Eventually the wax wears off and the laces will still come untied unless you double-knot them. Nonetheless, these laces will last a while. I would recommend.

These are not waxed
I bought these to replace some waxed boot laces. These are not waxed in any way. Its false advertising.

They're not black. Dark gray is what I got.
