Brilliant item to connect to an analogue adapter from your modem for VoIP. It allows you to install your cordless phones where you see fit without having to leave one beside the modem to use as a base unit. It has an EU plug which can be adapted with this item (LRMYS 2-Pin EU Socket to 3-Pin UK Plug Adaptor, 5A Fuse European Type C/E/F Socket to Britain Type-G Plug Converter for Home Travel Hotel Business Trip, Black 1 Pack) for a UK socket. You will also need a standard RJ11 to RJ11 cable for Ireland or RJ11 to BT cable for the UK as the one supplied is for the German market. Other than that your good to go and it works perfectly with my Gigaset Cordless Phones.

Good value base station for Gigaset cordless phones. Allows time to synchronise across all handsets and allows for passing numbers from memory of one phone to another. All in all does what it should at a sensible price.

This item should not be on sale in the UK the power source is an old-fashioned European two pin plug not suitable for the UK, the wiring is not compatible with Gigaset phones it may be that this is an extension base not too sure but it doesn’t replace the Giga Box 100 PlayStation which seems to be a faulty item given the amount of people selling them. I would advise against buying Gigaset they don’t perform particularly well but in the quality is very poor given the price

This is a DECT base station for connecting to an analogue phone line or phone outlet from a VOIP capable router. The box itself has no VOIP/SIP function. Comes with 2 pin adapter and non-UK / non-RJ11 phone cable

I wasted money I don’t know how I can return this. This doesn’t match on my Virgin media provider . The cord is old fashioned small and the plug is not for Ireland. I still can’t use my gigaset home dect phone. Because I don’t know what base I should buy! I’m very frustrated.

Easy to use and setup. Works well with my gigs set A490 base units. Would have been good to have a light indicator to show connection status

J’utilise ce boîtier afin d’utiliser mon téléphone fixe dans une autre pièce sans avoir de fil téléphonique à passer. Le boîtier est relié avec un câble RJ11 jusqu’à la Livebox qui se situe dans l’entrée. Mon téléphone fixe se situe dans mon salon à moins de 20 m. L’appareillage s’effectue depuis le téléphone et reconnaît instantanément la borne.

Gutes Teil. Mein Problem war, dass mein Router immer ein DECT rauswarf und zwar irgendeines obwohl das in der ursprünglichen Konfiguration mit der Basisstation 2 Jahre ging. Erst als ich den Router selber verwendet habe fing das an. Da der Router mittler Weile im Technikraum steht bot sich die ursprüngliche Basis irgendiwie nicht an ^^ Also habe ich das mit der Box 100 gelöst und es läuft jetzt wieder so wie es soll und vor allem ohne Rauswerfen. Was ich gut gefunden hätte wäre eine kleine LED für "Betrieb" und eine wenn man connecten möchte ;) Wäre ja mal was für eine Box 101 ;) Also das lohnt sich und die Wandmontage was für mich entscheidend war ist easy
