Is there a difference between this mask and the "household" mask? And does "medium" mean the size of the mask or something else?

They come with different filter cartridges, this one is OV (organic vapors)/AG (acid gas)/ P100 (particulates). The household is just OV/P100. The masks do come in medium but that fits everyone i know that uses them. Not sure if the filters also come in different sizes. is this a reusable mask where the cartridges can be changed out?

I have only used the mask a couple of times and it is still working efficiently so I have not used the cartridge that I bought at the same time I got the mask. There is no reason to think that it will not change out easily and work properly.

In the past I have needed a size small, this repirator does not seem to be sized, will it fit?

Even on one that is fully adjustable? This one let's you adjust one key part of the mask that helps keep on your face. There is a neck strap that us fully adjustable. So it should fit.
