Essential Oil Diffuser, AIMASON 500ML BPA-Free Mist Aroma Diffuser, Remote Control Ultrasonic Humidifiers with 7 Colour Lights, 2 Mist Modes, 4 Timer and Waterless Auto Shut-Off, for Office Bedroom

I was asked to test this product after buying a different item. I already have a diffuser from a different company, which I do not use much and thought it would be good to compare the two. The best thing about this diffuser is that it has a remote control and is therefore very easy to operate, the buttons on the control are clearly labelled making using the different functions of the unit simple. I have found with my old diffuser that the buttons on the side of the unit are awkward to use. This new diffuser from Aimason has a larger tank and therefore a longer run time. It also has an intermittent mist feature which I found more pleasant than having the mist produced constantly. I did find a couple of minor drawbacks with this Aimason diffuser they are: 1, it is slightly more noisy than my old one, but not noisy enough for it to prevent me sleeping whilst the diffuser is running and 2, I found that I could not remove the cover easily, making it feel as if the force I needed to use would make the unit unstable and that any water in it would be spilt. This could be down to the shape, my existing diffuser is cone shaped and easy to grip the cover. These 2 reasons have made me give 4 stars rather than 5 but the ease of operation far outweighs the drawbacks and I am more likely to use this diffuser rather than my previous one.

I purchased this to use as both a mood light, and an essential oil diffuser.The remote is very handy, and the cable is also quite long. The great thing about this model is that you can use it as mood light (lots of different colour options), even when you are not using the oil diffuser. You just turn it on via remote and press the light button, and then turn the diffuser off, the light will stay on.The oil diffuser itself has 2x power settings, it can run for a long time due to the large tank and even has an auto cut off once the water has run out. There is also a timer and an intermittent/continuous mode.Very pleased!

Like others have said about this item it do leave a wet patch over surfaces because the stream of mist that comes out is not high enough and because of this the mist seems to fall down and makes worktops or tables very wet and also I've noticed that it's leaving a fine film of White powdery dust on my painted walls and I don't know why ?. It needs to be topped up quite frequently if you leave it on for a time and that can be annoying. So because of all of this I don't use it anymore. Remote control works well so does the ambient lighting and it do pump out a good fragrance if you use enough oil but at the same time everything gets soaking wet after a time.

Firstly I should say I was asked to test this device on the basis of a refund of cost.Despite this there is no bias in this review.Price wise, if one is paying the full amount, it is probably reasonable and in the longer term cost efficient compared to three pin, plug-in diffusers which use special, costly, scent cartridges.The machine is well enough constructed for its needs and can be set up in minutes even with reading the compact instructions.Size wise it is not obtrusive and very simple to operate whether with the very useful remote control or on the diffuser.Perhaps most would use it for ambience with the perfume wafting and multi colour changing light included.However other good use could be made of it as a mini humidifier without essential oil. Also for those with congestion because of cold or flu could benefit in their bedroom at night if say eucalyptus oil was used. Citronella oil would be ideal as an insect repellent night or day outdoors or in the bedroom.Overall, then, although I am trying to cut down on gadgets as I get older, the diffuser is a worthwhile item with uses beyond the obvious.The above is what I wrote a few days ago. Having had opportunity to use it more I have to downgrade my original 4 plus star rating.The device makes an irritating clicking sound which would not help me sleep but makes me want to switch it off when just relaxing.The diffuser is only sufficient for a small room and would be of no use in a large space unless one has a very sensitive nose.I have ditched mine having decided it is a waste of time and money.

I absolutely love this diffuser. It is pleasing to the eye as an object and . the mood lighting is so pretty. (and a bit mesmerising!). You can control the volume of mist and the lights with a nifty little remote and it really does distribute the smell of the oil I put in.My 7 year old loves it. The diffuser noticably helps to humidify the air, especially now the heating is on. Highly recommend this. ❤️

This is a lovely product, I really recommend it. I bought it as a recommendation to improve my sleep and I have found it helpful in that regard, my sleep has been improving and part of the reason for that is that it has been helping me with my respiratory health. I love how beautifully it smells, the different light settings, and the noise that it makes when working (it is very subtle and soft).Initially, I was not putting the ratio of water and time properly and when contacting the team they were very considerate and supportive, I highly recommend buying it.

The radiator in my room leaves the air dry, so I used to place a can of water on the radiator. Now having this little diffuser makes all the difference. I haven't tried using it with essential oils yet, but will do soon.It's very easy to use, and having a remote is quite handy. Remote is also very responsive

This is my 1st electric diffuser as I normally have the ones with a candle and can honestly say I’m converted. There’s no need to worry about remembering to blow them out when you leave the house as this will shut off when empty. The lights change automatically but you can change it to a colour of choice and it doesn’t leave an overpowering smell as the mist disperses making the room smell lovely. Great value for money and would totally recommend.
