casaWare Loaf Pan 9 x 5-Inch Ceramic Coated Non-Stick (Silver Granite)

It’s very pretty, and I love having it in my kitchen. It works very well for my bread making. Seems a little small but that may just be me.

I retired the first of the year and now we the virus to keep us at home, so I told my wife that I had decided to try baking bread. The first run of bread was fantastically good, but there were some "cosmetic" and pan cleaning issues that took away from the experience a tiny bit. Also, I killed our crappy hand mixer using the dough hooks, but that's another story, I guess.- The pans that we had were 8 X 4.5, I think, and plain aluminum. The loaves baked well, but with a tiny bottom and huge top, they looked like an elephant on stilts. Ceramic bread pans were recommended by the author of the online bread recipe that I've been using. I got these pans in the 9X5 size and the loaves are now perfectly shaped and literally fall out of the pan. I only hand-wash them and that is SO easily done - NOTHING is stuck on as it did with our old pans.- The pans are very sturdy and have "handles" on the end to make picking up and moving them safer and easy. Before I came across THESE pans I saw other that were just a rectangle with no place to grab them.- The bread recipe that I found said to remove the baked bread from the pans within 10-15 minutes. I forgot myself and just grabbed the pan at 12 minutes out of the oven to flip the bread out onto a cooling rack. I realized that instead of burning my fingers as you might expect, the pan was simply warm to the touch. I assume that this is a function of the ceramic coating, but DISCLAIMER: this was MY experience with these pans. Think before you grab anything hot from the oven!

Happy I stumbled across these! Needed to replace my old non-stick and wanted to feel confident about the safety of the material. These are truly non-stick. I do do a tiny spritz of Pam in them before baking my bread loaves, but they always come out with ease. I originally had bought 2, and then liked them so much I bought 2 more.

Great pan. The ceramic coating cooks food to perfection! It's easy to clean, too.

My (much) better half and woman of my dreams tells me these work like a dream. Non-stick, the baked goods just fall out. Good for my palate, not so much for my waistline.Directions state these are non-immersible, which translates to hand wash. Carefully. If that is a deal breaker, better look elsewhere.

Pleased with the look and quality of the pan. The only issue is that food cooks faster with this pan. I burned the first two thing I baked in them. I had to adjust cook times.

This product is easy removal for bread and other foods. Easy clean up and pretty too !
