I am not a health professional and I would suggest to do your own research on the pros and cons of using biotin and I can't really comment on taking biotin itself conclusively. What I can comment on is that the packaging is nice and for the price it is also good as it contains two months worth of supply. The tablet size is also tiny and good for swallowing without a minimal chance to choke on them and if you fear taking pills then probably go for a capsule version if that exists.I do eat meat and normally don't fear hair loss or skin problems because of a lack of biotin at least however recently I had to start avoiding eating meat especially beef due to blood pressure issues so I think that taking these supplement is a good option to avoid meat while still trying to maintain a healthy biotin level. Same could be true for vegans. So I would recommend using the biotin supplements.

I like it easy to swallow and i feel there is difference in my hair

They come packed in a resealable plastic envelope with no indication of recyclability.Biotin is a common substance in a normal diet but if there are signs of a deficiency then this supplement provides 100% of the recommended amount.However, the price of £4.99 for two month's supply is uncompetitive.

I have definitely seen a difference in my nails more than anything. Stronger and longer without a doubt. I have long hair anyway so don't really know if it helps grow hair. But if it worked on nails one can assume so. Yes I'm buying again

These are fab, my mum, sister and cousin have all been using these for the last year and their hair is really grown thick and long. I’ve been using them for a couple of weeks myself now and I can already see a difference in the thickness of my hair!! I’ll be stocking up on these

I was taking 5000pg (5mg Solgar brand) of Biotin and my hair was okay, they actually were pretty decent, though a bit on the expensive side, and then I stumbled across these and thought they were a higher strength, and better value. Well I'm seriously doubting they're even real tbh, because my hair has gotten drastically worse since I stopped taking the Solgar branded ones which apparently are half the strength, and started taking this brand. My diet and lifestyle hasn't changed, so I can only assume that this brand isn't what it is. I even crushed the pill from this brand (the pills are tiny yet 10mg) and opened a Solgar branded capsule (which is 5mg) to compare. There's seemingly more in the lesser brand. If they work for others great, but personally I just don't think they're the real at all. I said I'd wait a few weeks or so until I seen how I faired on them, but no, not great in comparison to other brands with seemingly lesser strength.
