BOSCARE Programmable Coffee Maker, Drip Coffee Maker, Coffee Machine with Auto Shut-off, Strength Control (A)

The media could not be loaded.  It has a program function, it keeps the coffee super hot, it brews quickly and relatively quietly, it has a 2 hour auto shutoff function and a smaller footprint on the kitchen counter than most coffee makers.I haven't had any issues with it yet. I am a daily coffee drinker so my morning cup of joe is serious to me. It really is the best part of waking up

I purchased the BOSCARE programmable coffee maker on May 21, 2020. With 1 being low and 5 being high, I would rate the Boscare coffeemaker a 4.5. It was very easy to set up and the instructions to run several cups of clear water through the system were helpful. The clock was easily programmed and I especially like the size of this coffeemaker. It fits easily on the counter without taking up much room. The pot and lid are well designed and pour smoothly. The two hour shut off will save me from that awful burnt coffee smell I’ve had in the past. The water reservoir is easy to read and even though the pot seems small it does hold a full 12 cups. I also like the brew - pause function that allows me to get that first cup of coffee in the pot.I use Kirkland brand fine ground dark roast coffee. My only complaint is that the coffee filter is not fine enough. I had a dark sludge in the bottom of my first pot. I tried the second pot using a gold filter I already had and that was better. Then for the third pot I tried a paper filter and that worked best.I know we will enjoy this coffeemaker for years to come. Thank you for creating such a high quality product.Sheerie Slatton

I love coffee. I'm more than likely addicted to the stuff. When I get up in the AM, I want it ASAP. For such an inexpensive coffee maker (under $100) I wasn't expecting a lot ... just a reliable machine, without all the fuss. The brew time comes in about 12 minutes, which in my particular case, is Heaven sent ... and did I mention that the first cup is HOT. This is the first coffee maker I've owned (many over the years) that I have to blow gently on the first cup after the first sip ... and I use cream no less! Great!This maker is easy to operate and program, and the carafe and basket very easy to clean. I was a little hesitant to purchase this because of the carafe size (10 cups only), but this hasn't been an issue at all. It amounts to 3 20oz cups in the AM ... me happy! If I had any gripes, it's clock can only be programmed for "military" time; so if you don't mind looking at the machine's display saying 1330 at 1:30pm, then no problem. I did my time in the service ... I'm a civilian now. Like i said ... a very small quibble.I've only had this for 3 weeks, so I can't speak to it's longevity. We shall see.All things considered ... so far, so good!Update: not quite post-Trump. The trumpets stopped blowing, and my original review is at half-mast. This coffee make performed great until the last 2 months. The clock loses time; about 5-7 minutes in a matter of days, after a reset. I have a radio clock from the 80's that still keeps perfect time! That 6-12 minute brewing time is about 45 minutes to an hour, after repeated cleanings (can you wait an hour for a cup of coffee in the morning ...?... didn't think so. Great coffee maker off the line ... this one doesn't even place ... a hand me down for sure. They really should last at least a couple years. Plus, not that it's been an issue ... is there still no replacement pot available? I suggest looking elsewhere.

This is a fairly nice coffee maker. It makes 10-cup coffee, which is good for several people. The machine boils water really quickly, within seconds and hot! There are 5 buttons, with a on/off switch in the middle, this is pretty much all you need for making coffee on the spot. Turn it on and turn it off. There is also a permanent filter basket, which is very nice because you don't have to buy filter paper. But some people might prefer adding an additional filter paper. As suggested by the instructions, boil water for several times before first use to get rid of plastic smell and taste, as is common with many coffee machines.Overall, this is a decent, nice coffee machine. There are a couple of minor items suggested for improvement.1. Make the power cord is little longer. It is a bit on the short side.2. Perhaps consider adding some pictures for the instruction manual. Also, revise the text so that it's more understandable to English speakers.

I am a senior citizen and coffee addict. This coffeemaker is below average. . I use the paper filter rather than the included reusable filter. I have had this coffeemaker about two weeks with trying every water level, every quantity of freshly ground coffee, etc. without succeeding in a "GREAT" cup of coffee. My problem is that I have enjoyed years of "GREAT" coffee from other coffee makers of various brands. I just gave up on this one and ordered another new coffeemaker of another brand !I have given up trying to get a " GREAT" cup of coffee like the ones I have enjoyed with past coffeemakers. My humble opinion is that the heating elements are too hot. The smell of burned coffee is prevalent. it reminds me of the smell of coffee kept many hours in too long. I get that burned coffee smell within minutes of brewing. Perhaps this is a bad coffeemaker sample.

What an outstanding product! Coffee maker is well made. Good quality and best of all it makes one great tasting pot of coffee. I love good coffee and this is certainly worth the price. The included coffee filter makes making coffee a breeze. The clock features and auto set functions are easy to figure out. Literally got this going out of the box and had instant coffee.I got fired from my job yesterday, but I don’t care, because I drink excellent coffee everyday, thanks to this mean lean coffee making machine!

Had it for approximately 1 month, brewed a cup every time, until I turned it on one morning. It started to drip and all of a sudden, the on/off button pops off. Found the button on the counter, along with a spring and a piece of metal. Coffee stopped dripping midway! Tried to pop the button back on...didn't work. Total waste of money. Now the return is even not possible. Now going to trash it.

Muy buen producto lo recomiendo al 100 es la primera cafetera que tengo y siento que es muy buena, prepara el café muy rápido ahorra mucho tiempo y se puede programar para que lo haga de manera automática fácil de limpiar en fin es un gran producto.

Fácil de programar, el café queda concentrado y lo mantiene caliente por horas, la uso de manera personal y hasta el momento no falla nada. Es lo que necesitaba. Diariamente la programo y por la mañana tengo listo mi café, además la capacidad está perfecta para mi.

Es fácil de usar pero a diferencia de otras marcas, es más lento y las incómodo. No se puede servir café hasta que se termina de preparar ya que no tiene un seguro anti derrame.

Fue mi regalo de navidad y hasta ahorita todo perfecto, mantiene super caliente el café, aunque no soy de las que la programe porque soy la loca de andar desconectando aparatos. Es fácil de limpiar.

Me gusta su tamaño y que tiene reloj para poder programar hacer mi cafe en la mañana automaticamente. Por su tamaño es bastante compacto.
