Nice Robot Vacuum
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I own a Roborock S5, which I've had for a few years. I wanted to get a robot vacuum for my vacation house, but since I don't live there full time, I didn't want to spend too much money, so I decided to try cheaper ones. I bought this one because of the higher suction power rating compared to other similar products. I must say this works better than I expected. First, it moves faster than my S5, so I'm guessing it requires less time to clean an equal surface area. The remote is a nice touch because with S5, it's inconvenient to specify a small area to clean. With this remote, I can clean just an area I want manually whenever necessary. Setup was very easy too. Oh, and this might be an odd thing to review, but I really liked how it was packaged WITHOUT Styrofoam. As you can tell, I really hate it when products are packaged with Styrofoam because it leaves annoying flakes all over the place. I know you know what I'm talking about. Anyhow, I got off topic there. That's my long winded way of saying I'm happy with this robot vacuum.

Works as advertised. SEE UPDATE!! NO IT DOESN'T!!!!!!!!!
We have had this robotic vacuum for a month or so now and to date no issues. It does exactly what one would expect it to do. Battery life is adequate enough to scurry about our 1500 square foot home. Our floors are all hardwood in the living areas and porcelain tile in both bathrooms and kitchen. It picks up most everything. The dust cup does need to be emptied after every use but I'm not complaining. It shows it is actually doing its job. I would recommend this for similar use. I'm not sure how it would do in a carpeted home. But for hardwood and tile I would recommend it.UPDATE! 5/10/2021..Issues now starting with this vacuum. Charging light blinking continuously even though the battery is fully charged and vacuum not used for days. Start the vacuum and it just spins on the charging docking station and then it will pull the charging docking station until it pulls the cord out of the wall. Bagotte customer service tells me they don't make a BG800 robotic vacuum cleaner. Beware!

I Love It...But...
This is my first robot vacuum so I have nothing to compare besides a regular shark vacuum.I love it...But..it gets stuck under my kitchen table and chairs constantly and I need to go rescue it. It runs into the same thing over and over again. I thought the map function was that I can "map out" my different rooms and select the one I want cleaned or already knows where to clean and avoid. I was wrong! The map is useless and doesn't do anything. When I hit the "Home" button it gets lost or goes in the wrong direction and again I need to go rescue it. It only can run for 20min then dies. It hasn't picked up everything it ran over and seems to go to the same area every time I hit run unless I pick it up and move it. I already replaced the spinning brush since it got stuck in my sticky insect trap lol. But thankful they supplied 3 replacement parts!I did enjoy watching it the very first time I got it and does go under areas a regular vacuum could never reach. My floors and carpet do look cleaner without me doing anything. I bought it on a black Friday Deal after hrs of research. I did bring it over my moms house who has a dog and she loved it so I bought her the same one for her home which was cheaper than my black Friday deal :(. Next time I would buy one that had two spinning brushes, nicer, bigger bin and useful map. Give it a try!

Only for extremely fine dust and pet fur
This vacuum picks up my cats' fur reasonably well, based upon the fact that it's always full of fur, both the brush and the refuse canister, however it doesn't seem to pick up anything heavier than fine dust and fur.I run it on high power, which only lasts about 20 minutes, and only does my master bedroom in that time, yet it still cannot pick up any dirt or debris larger than a piece of cat fur or sawdust. I've watched it run over tiny bits of cardboard from the scratch box, over a bit of dirt from a shoe, and it never picks them up. Ever. No matter how many times it runs back and forth over them, I have to pick it up by hand. Also, it has too much trouble leaving its base when I start it, so I have to pick it up and place it and start it. It also can never find its way back around the furniture to get back to base, and when I put it a foot away, it's still unable to properly place itself for charging without me physically adjusting it.Also, it would never sync to my wifi, so forget using your phone to turn it on and off. This is not an issue for me though, as even using its own remote it isn't able to get out of or into its charging base on its own. Finally, it gets stuck and stops extremely easily. I have to remain present the whole time and average about 4-5 interventions to replace and restart it each cleaning. So I cannot run this without being present.I've purchased additional magnetic strips and placed them around areas I don't want it to go, or where it gets stuck, but it ignores a lot of them. I put them under a rug edge, as instructed, as I don't want to trip on them myself, or see them all the time. I should not have to place and remove the 30' of magnet strips around the room every time so that the vacuum is controlled.I will keep this solely for the fact that it does clearly pick up the fur of my longhair cats, and I can run it when I am in the room anyway, but I will still have to use the regular canister vacuum if there's any larger debris. So if you are ok being present whenever you run it, ok with it only picking up extremely fine bits of dust or pet fur, ok with it only running 20 minutes because you have to run it on high power to pick anything up at all, and ok with having to restart and replace it multiple times, then you may want to get this vacuum.

Godsend for someone lazy like me
I've always wanted to get a robot vacuum for my house, especially as I have pets who shed fur like there is no tomorrow. Vacuuming everyday became extremely bothersome for me since my rooms are quite big. I finally decided to bite the bullet on this one, particularly since it was on promotion and for a mid-range vacuum, it was very appealing.I was not disappointed. Setting it up is quick and easy and the app is very simple to use. The vacuum is fairly intelligent as it does not go all over the place but cleans the room without going over the same spot again and again. Plenty of battery life for it to thoroughly clean the rooms on the ground floor when no one is walking there. What's even better is that my cats are not freaked out by it since it is so quiet.Sure it does not have lidar or laser mapping and can't empty itself when full but for the price that it is at, it does give me time to relax and do what I want to do. All I need to do is to give a once over with my corded vacuum for the awkward to reach places and the stairs, which is takes much less time than before

Quiet but mighty
Let’s start with first impressions. When I first opened the package, it was definitely very well packaged and came with more accessories than I thought. There’s like 3 extra attachments for the side brush. Plus other tools you’ll need to keep this thing running perfectly. It’s nice the it comes with a physical remote and you are also able to control it via the app. Furthermore, It doesn’t work as well going from hard wood floor to my shaggy rug but and other rugs work. I also have some of the foam mats in the kitchen and it’s able to get on those and back down. I’ve never owned a different robot vacuum so I can’t compare the loudness but i would say it’s not loud at all. I’ve yet to try this after my parents dog comes to visit, but it’s been good picking up hair so far. It takes a bit when it’s trying to return home from a far.. so I like to tell it to go home only once it’s nearby the home base. Overall, I’m looking forward on continuing to use this alternating with my dyson.

Great Customer Service
This robot vacuum cleaner gets the job done. It came very well packaged, with a thorough manual in several languages, so it was very easy to get it up and running. It comes with additional side brushes and filters, and you can operate it by touching the button on the top, using the remote or the app. I think it's really cool that it works with Alexa, so I can just say "Alexa, clean my house", sit back and relax. The navigation is better than others I owned, going in a zigzag pattern and covering a decent area. It will return to the base when it's time to recharge. The app has great functionalities, it will map your place while it's running, so you can see the areas that have been cleaned. I haven't used the magnetic strips, but I believe they work well.Battery life could be improved, but at this price point it's hard to compete with this model. All in all a great purchase.Important to mention I've had a negative experience with my unit and ended up returning it. However, their Customer Service reached out to me and helped me troubleshoot the issue, and it turns out I had a faulty unit (which can happen to any product). They sent me a new one and it works perfectly! I have a clean home again. I felt compelled to update this review because they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the product. I highly recommend Bagotte and the BG800.

Loved it! With 3 cats this is a live saver
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. We have 3 cats and that means lots of shedding and cat litter in our condo every few hours. Being a neat freak I have a total of 3 vacuum cleaners now (including this one). The delivery was super fast and the unit arrived in 2 days. I quickly set up the vacuum and connected it with cloud. Connecting with app could be a little troublesome if you don't have different wifi settings for 2.5GHz and 5GHz. Once setup, everything else was a breeze, you just need to click a button and this amazing tool will go to each and every corner of the home on its own.It has been 3 days since and I have put it on a daily schedule (which is awesome) once the vacuum has completed the entire cycle it finds the docking station itself to go and charge it self. Cats love it too as it is not too loud and doesn't scare the hell out of them as compared to the manual vacuum cleaners.Highly recommended, for the price this is a bargain. The charging lasts enough to complete one round of my entire 2 bed condo which is perfect. There's an 18month warranty and hoping the electronics don't give any trouble before that.
