Yamamoto senko catch fish!
I have tried virtually every brand of plastic worm and they almost all work sometimes. For me, Yamamoto plastics have far outperformed every other brand. Unfortunately, what makes them so effective also seems to make them very expensive. The purchase price is high and I go through a lot on a typical fishing trip. I have been able to increase my catch per senko by using Owner screw lock keepers rather than standard worm hooks, but to keep them swimming and falling properly I still don't get more than two or three fish per senko. Still, better than the one fish per senko I usually get when using standard offset worm hooks.

Not bad
These have worked best for me when I rip them in half and out them on a jighead. The bass love them like that, but never got a single nibble when I put a whole one in the water. But, that’s fishing.

Really good color
I've always liked this color. Catch a lot of largemouth up in Minnesota with these. I did pretty well with white as well.

AMAZON- YOUR ONE STOP FISHING TACKLE STORE!!
my amazon store "ROCKS" amazon has all the fixin"s for texas worm-rigs. the worms - the right hooks - in all the right sizes - the jig-head slip-sinkers - and made of steel instead of lead !! its hard to tell from the picture, but these worms have the curly-tails that give that great vibration swimming action.thanks to amazon reviewers for the heads-up to buy extra worms because the fish hit the worm so hard -- that the worms get damaged!! good luck fishing to all!

Best plastic for Florida bass.
Best plastic for Florida bass. Just enough action and weight to control. I think the scent and gritty compound are the extras that help it outperform. Only complaints are durability (a few solid fish and you’ll have to change) and cost. But it’s what I always go for despite that. Still get 5 stars from me.

Awesome for bass!
I got this in the mail the other day and decided to go try it out as this is my favorite color senko. On my very first cast I got a hit by a three pound large mouth. The tail goes around in almost a circular motion and not simply back and forth. It will obviously move a bit different depending on how you hook it and I went with a Texas style rigging and it works great. This is a must have in any tackle box and this particular one is not sold in my local Dick's Sporting Goods store so if you are reading this, save yourself the travel time and pick it up now!

Great swimmer but not much on durability.
The swimming action is unparalleled by any other lure maker. However I go thru way to many per trip. I prefer the 5.5 inch version however wish they had more colors.

I love these for largemouth aned smallmouth bass
I love these for large mouth bass. I caught a 6 pounder on one of my first trips using this 5 inch Swimsenko, pumpkin with black flakes. In lakes and rivers I fish it with a number 3 or 4 weighted worm hook -- those Gamakatsu hooks with springs at the top -- and get many many strikes. It works for smallmouth as well, of course, but largemouth really seem to go for it.
