Hyland's, Leg Cramps, 100 Tablets

I've suffered with leg and foot cramps for a number of years. It was so bad at times that I couldn't even drive and would be afraid to go shopping at the mall for fear I would get a dreaded foot cramp in one or both of my feet and not be able to walk to get to my car. Nothing I would take or do would help. Then I tried Hylands for leg cramps. This product is unbelievable. It's the only thing that ever worked to relieve my cramping. In fact, if I feel a cramp coming on I just pop 2 pills under my tongue and I don't develop any cramps. I never leave the house without them. I keep a bottle in my purse and one at my home. It's a total God send. I don't know what I ever did without them. Even if I do get a cramp, I take the pills and within minutes I have relief and no after effects at all such as soreness in the muscles. It's like I never had a cramp. Also, there were no bad side effects like upset stomach.Love, love, love this product !!!

This product has been amazing. I often start cramping about two hours into a hilly ride. This has happened for 15+ years. Nothing (salt tablets, electrolytes) once i start cramping - I have to get off the bike, massage the legs, then bike slowly (and only out of the saddle if i'm climbing) to get home. I saw this product advertised during the Tour de France this year and thought I'd give it a try given the positive reviews on Amazon. It has worked wonders, and so fast it's almost unbelievable. I'd say when i feel a cramp coming on, I take 1-2 tablets under the tongue, and in 10 - 30 seconds the cramp has disappeared. This includes one time a couple weeks ago a few hours after a ride when both legs suddenly developed massive cramps. I couldn't even walk to the cabinet to get them, so my wife brought the bottle to me. I took two and the massive cramps quite literally disappeared in less than 10 seconds. Today on a hilly ride i could feel my left hamstring showing signs of cramping. I took one tablet, and it went away. I decided I needed to write a review. I'm a huge fan....

Excellent product for what it cost, works great on cramps

It did help with my cramping, but didn't stop them completely.

This works for me but I don't take it everyday. I get cramps when I'm sleeping.

First, understand that I am a sixty year old man with a PhD and not prone to trying the latest trend in OTC cures nor the latest herbal wonder cure. I am a diabetic and suffer sever cramps (what we always called charley horses) in my calves and feet--most often waking me up in agony from a deep sleep. Thankfully (as it turns out) my wife is not so rigid and had tried these and repeatedly sung their praise. So the next time I had a terrible foot cramp, and rather than saw off my foot, I did as she said and put two of these tiny pills under my tongue to instantly dissolve. Literally in under two minutes the cramp was gone. Since that time I have a bottle on my nightstand and one in my briefcase. I want to never be without these. . . EVER. These are truly a wonder drug. The work so well that I am surprised some pharmaceutical has not copied them, registered a patent, and begun charging $100.00 a bottle! Maybe you better order them while you still can. Hmmmm, maybe I better order a case or two., Trust me. They work!

Works as intended, I think

This product is great. I gave it to my mom to has RLS and she has finally been able to sleep through the night. I also am carrying around a 35lbs pack (on purpose) to train/strengthen my legs and this stuff makes the soreness go away faster. Specifically the Achilles area (Achilles itself and the left and right sides which ache but have no real way to stretch them... ?), the calves and shins. for the entire leg, my legs are not fatigued as long, and I cycle 10 miles to/from work on a regular basis. I use a foam roller, a lacrosse ball and softballs to massage my legs and the Hyland's Leg Cramp stuff makes all this load bearing easy-peasy, until I get that strength back and I will be happy. My mom on the other hand is thanking the heavens that she doesn't have to wake up in the middle of the nigh to pound the jitteriness out of her legs. (weird) We will both be a loyal users for a long time.
