Large opening on the bottom so plan ahead on how you want to cover some of that up, maybe aLittle bit of landscaping fabric or cheese cloth? I’m growing succulents in this pot and with their shallow roots this is perfect!

I love giving these planter for gifts. They are well received, especially with a few inexpensive succulents and watering directions that I include.

Not a bad ceramic pot. It is shallow but it says the measurements on the page. With succulents, shallow is okay. It comes with a nice bamboo tray to sit on and pull the look together. It also has a hole in the bottom for drainage - and a plug to put in the hole and remove, which is a great asset. I enjoy this pot and can’t wait to fill it with plants. My biggest disappointment with this is I ordered the blue marble because the blue was so pretty. The blue I received was much lighter and not as vibrant. It also looks like it’s a print put over the ceramic. If you zoom in on the photos you can see what I mean by the “lines” and how it looks printed. Outside of the color not being what I expected, I love this!

Don't be afraid to order this planter. The manufacturer really knows how to pack and protect it during shipment. I was very impressed.What are the actual measurements?This planter measures 2 3/8" high. It has a top diameter of 5 3/4". The base diameter is 5 7/16". The tray that comes with it measures 6" in diameter.How is this planter made?This contemporary round planter is made from ceramic material. I ordered it in aqua. The planter is a much more intense aqua color than my photos show. The outside of the planter is a matte aqua with gold metallic paint that is there to give a marble effect. Personally, I think it is more of an abstract look. It is very attractive. The interior of the pot is white matte. There is one pre-drilled drainage hole in the bottom of the planter with a removable plug. A bamboo tray comes with this planter.My recommendation?I think this is a gorgeous planter in terms of being both decorative and functional. I am looking forward to planting succulents in it. I would definitely recommend this planter to anyone who needs a shallow planter. In my rating system, I would call this a 5 star planter.

I went for the blue pot, but received the white one instead. I'll be reviewing the white pot with gold streaks.The pot is smooth all around and is exactly as pictured. It comes with a drainage hole and a mesh screen that covers it. It also comes with a plug that goes underneath for any leaks. I love the bamboo base that adds flavor to the overall style, while also serving as a tray. After draining, there was still plenty of water left, but i didn't know. The base really saved my shelf from getting wet since it was able to hold some water. I definitely recommend this pot.

A beautiful planter. Really classy, I was expecting possible damage, no way, so well packaged I was impressed. It arrived on time in one piece and beautiful. Happy.

I don't know what pots the other reviewer's received, but mine only fit 3 tiny succulents in it. The picture is very deceiving. The pot is very small and the height is very short. Not worth the price, but very pretty.

Love the plant pot. Great color and perfect size. Bamboo tray gets moldy after getting wet. Will not repurchase one with a Bamboo tray again.
