This arrived with the top of the box cut off and the item was outside of the cillio box and into the shipping box. Nasty nicks on the copper. This is a gift so hope it works. Disappointed that the box was cut not sure if this is a used item. Very odd for such an expensive item. Very disappointed. Might return.

I ordered this to avoid a plastic reamer against the fruit. But it does have some problems: 1) The heavy handle tends to fall down suddenly and can cause minor injury; 2) It presses down but doesn't ream the fruit, and without a reamer, you can't get any of the pulp (if you like that); 3) A small cap inside the half-sphere press keeps popping off; 4) it doesn't remove quite as much juice as a reamer would; 5) if the surface it is on is wet, the whole heavy apparatus can slide off.

Good press, gets all the juice out.

Incredibly disappointed by this product! It broke in less than a year after being used perhaps a dozen times. Additionally, one of the "feet" has a screw that scratches anything you try to suction it to (the counter, the table, etc). Definitely buy something else!

We just received this citrus press and the base of it is totally broken and can’t even stand straight! We got this particular press because, as its name implies, it’s supposed to be ”commercial grade” but the quality is the opposite of that. Needless to say, we’re very disappointed and we’ll be returning it right away! :(

3 quality problems: 1) suction cups leave rubber stains on quartz countertops that are very difficult to clean (require abrasive), 2) suction cups don’t hold well, 3) low quality rose gold coating with several 0.5 inch imperfections

I got my mom this for Christmas and she never buys her own orange juice anymore. Absolutely loves it, super easy to use and clean! 10/10 would recommend

Aussehen ist hervorragend, die Handhabung klappt auch ganz gut, allerdings muss man schon wissen wie man die Presse bediehnt, ohne dass sie wegrutscht.Man kann sie gut reinigen.

Leider haben wir bei Inbetriebnahme Chromschäden bemerkt, die auch nicht mittels Reinigung der Zitruspresse zu entfernen waren. Ein schadhaftes Gerät, kann man leicht zu Dumping-Preisen verkaufen.

Ich glaube ich habe ein defektes Gerät bekommen. Der Hebel ist nicht mittig. Wenn man bis ganz unten presst, kann man den Hebel nur mit viel Mühe, wieder hochziehen. Stabil ist das Ganze auch nicht, es kippt nach vorne, weil die Saugfüße nicht richtig saugen. Ich habe es gekauft, weil die Farbe ser schön ist und weil ich dachte, bei so einem Gerät, kann man nicht so viel Fasches machen. Es erfüllt seine Funktion, ich würde es aber nicht wieder kaufen.

Der Presskegel hat nach dreimalige Benutzung zum Pressen von Graipfrucht im im Bereich Gewinde bis in den Kegel hinein einen Haarriss bekommen und es spritzt dort Saft heraus . Die Gewindehülse war von Anfang an nicht zentriert eingepasst. Sehr schlechte Qualität, hätte bei einer Qualitätskontrolle auffallen müssen.

Die Saftpresse mag ja ihrer Aufgabe gerecht werden aber das Exemplar, dass ich erhalten habe ist def. Zweite-Wahl oder Ausschuss-Ware. Das Gerät hat soviel Macken, Schrammen und ist zudem noch schlecht verarbeitet. Der Preis war schon verdächtig niedrig, da hätten bei mir schon die Alarmglocken läuten müssen. Bei der Artikelbeschreibung hätte man erwähnen müssen, dass es sich um Ausschussware handelt. Wer wert auf Aussehen legt, sollte bei einem anderen Anbieter kaufen. Die Saftpresse selbst ist funktional.
