Mod Podge Brushstroke (8-Ounce), CS11261 Gloss Finish

I bought this on the recommendation of a prop building friend to finish a print-on-canvas. It was simple to use and made the print look like a real painting! The artist I paid to finish and frame it said that he used a different product that cost more than twice as much and was much less forgiving. He was so impressed with how well the Mod Podge worked he's going to be buying it for now on.

Good Stuff. Does what it promised to do. I think this is the sort of "let's-make-our-art-look-original-with-media-that-leaves-brushstrokes" kind of stuff that Basil Street Gallery uses (I could obviously be wrong) and other companies who use giclee methods of transferring works of art onto canvas. This added touch makes it look more authentic. Easy to apply and easy to clean. It comes out looking like elephant glue (from our childhood days), but it does dry...and glossy. Seems to be good stuff.

Would be nice if the price was reasonable.

Local stores like Michaels carry all sorts of Mod Podge but not "Brushstroke".Took my photo, uploaded it to Psykopaint, painted it online, printed it out on canvas and then I painted on top to give more color and to seal and give a true painted image, used Mod Podge Brushstroke and it looked amazing!Fantastic product.

Worked well and brush strokes were easy to see and added nice texture. One mistake I made was laying it on too thick in spots and I got some clear globs but other than that it worked very well.

Used this to decoupage Disney Princess characters over an abstract painting on canvas. This finish gave the appearance as though the characters were painted with the art. Brilliant.

I love this stuff! It's great for that brushed look.

When I recieved my mod podge it was split and the glue had ran all out the sides very disappointed only had a bit left in the bottle
