I love love the material
It is very professional looking. I bought the mid gray and it’s perfect. Very smooth and thick material. I remove the ride and stuck it on the wall for my pictures.

Good, but not good enough
I'm giving the product a 2-star instead of a 1-star review because the background screen is sturdy, bright white and appropriate for passport photos. The main problem was that the spring roll-up mechanism did not work; and that was the deal breaker for us.Apparently, there are some "do this before you use the product" instructions... unfortunately they were not in the box. Seller emailed instructions; however, we had already dropped off the product for return.I give 5-stars to SELLER for the hassle-free return or refund.
