Awesome work from home headset and microphone
Product came packed nicely. This headset microphone combo works great on my computer. I just plugged it in and it worked right away. I work from home and dont like using my personal phone for calls or meetings so I use this everday with my Microsoft Teams app for meetings and calls. Sound is awesome 😁

Not great
This is ok but not great. I work on zoom for WFH and when this connects, there's a horrid scratching noise. The ear piece is muffled and ppl are always telling me they can't hear me. I waited too long to return.

Volume control is via the computer, and is awkward to use
Bought these so I could hear sounds from my laptop. It's speakers seem to be kaput. Pretty much plug and play.
