I bought a car that had a battery kill switch. That one turned out to be a cheap unit that broke within the first few uses. I decided to replace it with one that was not so cheap. I got this one and it felt like quality construction. Didn't feel cheap and chintzy like the one that broke. I drove a screw in to mount this replacement and when I rotated the unit to drive in the second screw, the whole corner broke off. I didn't even twist the thing hard, it just snapped. I ended up using the center hole and the other corner to mount it, so I was able to make it work. Just disappointing that it broke so easily after spending a good chunk of change hoping for quality.

Works well. Needs a connection cover.

This product is well made and up to industrial standards. I started out using other breakers that overheated and to tripped well under the rated amperage. Blue Sea products have all provided accurate specs and performed to the specs. I will stay with Blue Sea for all my products. This company knows what they are doing and appear to have a lot of experience. My thanks to their engineers.
