I love this summer sausage. It's so much better than normal store bought type sausage...a bit softer in texture, but I don't find this to be a bad thing. I will definitely be reordering.

Purchased for someone who can nolonger have pork sausage. It was greatly appreciated. Much lower in fat but is still very tasty. Would buy again.

I love beef stick, salami , etc but this one not so much. Texture is soft, spongy and unappealing. Flavor relies too much on salt.
