I purchased these to take to our softball games, in case of an injury. I used 2 this past weekend. They are terrible. Within 5 mins, they were no longer cold. In fact, they weren’t even cool. Would not recommend or purchase this brand again.

I get that a certain amount of air is needed for these things to work, but there's so much air in the bag that it makes them almost unusable. they do get cold, but they don't stay cold for very long. better than nothing in an emergency though, and for the price its worth it to keep a couple in my car and at my desk.

This is my second time ordering these cold packs. As someone who gets frequent migraines, I find that a cold pack often helps with the pain faster than any medicine. I literally keep them right next to my bed in case a headache starts during the night. The price is competitive and the cold packs are not difficult to activate, anyone with average strength in their hand, will have no problem squeezing them. I would definitely recommend these.
