Adjust the claw seat to grab the pull objects. 3.Put the handle into the hole and tilt the piston forward smoothly, claw back accordingly, the object will be pulled out. 4.The starting piston rod of hydraulic gear puller is only valid at 50mm, so it stretched from no larger than 50mm. If it doesn't work ,repeat steps 1, 2, 3 until the object is pulled up . 5.To make the piston starting lever back, just use the slotted end of the handle and make the oil return valve stemcounterclockwise. 6. Do not overload use. 7.The hydraulic gear puller using of (GB443-84) N15 machine oil at -5 ℃ ~ 45 ℃ , using (GB442-64) synthetic spindleoil at -20 ℃ ~ -5 ℃ . 8.The machine uses oil as the medium, so it is necessary to maintain the oil and the machine. 9.The new or long setting hydraulic gear puller , because there is much air in the cylinders, when started, the rod mayhave tiny sudden jumps , you can load reciprocating hydraulic gear puller 2-3 times to exclude air cavity. While thegear puller is not in use for long time, you should reciprocate the gear puller for 2-3 times every month.
