Perfect for my application
I wanted to build a compact system and thought about mounting the Raspberry Pi on the back of a small TV monitor. Sure enough, they already thought of it and this was just perfect for what I had in mind. Update: Like others have mentioned, it's difficult to get to the SD chip once it's assembled. I wound up snapping off the back trying to remove the Pi to get the chip out. But I came up with a great solution. I hot-glued the back piece onto the top cover (just on the top so that the sides can still flex) and added a piece of plastic-covered wire as reinforcement. Now the case pops of for easy access to the SD chip and when reassembled it's still like the original.

Not much air flow but overall a good case
Fits well, easy to install. Gets pretty warm running a pi 2, though.

frustrating
I've tried to like this and I just can't. I've only had it for a few days, and I already dread any time I need to open the case or try to pull out the SD card. There's no real retention mechanism for the top plate. It's really just held on by the audio jack coming from the PI. The Pi itself is held in place by 2 screws on the sd-card side and the usb and network jacks need to fit squarely into their little holes as well. You have to keep pulling and bending teh plastic to really access any part of the internals. Pulling out and installing an SD card while it's in the case is very difficult as well due to the very snug cut and thickness of the plexi. I understand the idea of mounting it behind a monitor, but while i'm setting the raspi up, it's incredibly obnoxious even when not mounted to the back of a monitor. I cannot fault the manufacturer at all on the cuts, they are all clean and there's no bubbling or chipping.

If I could make it better maybe add an extra air hole so more heat ...
Everything needed to hold a Raspberry PI 3 on the back of a 19" Element LED TV. The tolerances are so tight that I had a little trouble fitting the side with the single tab into the slot while the whole assembly was under tension. If I could make it better maybe add an extra air hole so more heat can escape, but I am happy with the purchase.

Brittle plastic.
Pass on this. Plastic crumbles in your hands. Just get a heavy quality layer case and use Velcro to attach to back of your monitor.

Worked great.... still works!
Attached this to the back of a monitor and set up my raspberry-pi as movie player for a road trip up the Al-Can
