This camera is easy to use and has excellent picture quality. It is well made and the magnetic mount is very strong. I purchased this to aid in hooking up a 5th Wheel trailer. I cannot see the hitch from the driver’s seat, but by magnetically attaching it to the underside of the pin box facing forward. The monitor is my iPhone, but it is also Android compatible. I place the phone right in front of the steering wheel, and because the kingpin appears in the middle of the phone’s screen, I can “aim” the truck and I can see if the hitch is centered on the kingpin as back up.I have a Voyager rear view camera on my trailer, but it is mounted inside the rear window to keep it out of inclement weather. It is totally useless after dark because it’s infrared lights bounce off the window glass and all I see is one huge glare. On those rare occasions when I do need to back into a campsite after dark, I use this camera attached to the trailer’s rear bumper.As for price, this camera is competitive with other cameras of similar quality. But the fact that it pairs with a smart phone for a monitor makes it very versatile in comparison with other hitching cameras with monitors that must be plugged into a 12 vdc outlet.

Biggest piece of 5 star garbage I ever bought, why the 5 stars you say, works as advertised. Way over priced, and feel that the software needs much tweaking, that said, pixelated (yes), 4K it's not, nighttime camera works, actually at 125ft away during testing, not bad, not bad at all. Android users, maybe it's my antiquated tablet/phone, it sucks, literally, just about ready to send it back, but we had an epiphany, wife setup up her 7 year old Ipad, we woke up a Zombie, camera absolutely delivered on everything as advertised, that said, I want at least a $100 back, you can keep the rest, that ain't going to happen, we know that, use common sense and be happy.

This camera connects easily.The picture quality displays great on my iPad. The distance is quite long and even works around corners of my house. I would have given it 5 stars if it were a little less money. It is too expensive.

Worked well the first time only. Went to use it and no matter what I did it would not pair with my phone. It's also much bigger and bulkier than I expected. Picture seemed good for the short time it worked.Edit: In all fairness, I never attempted to contact customer support as after seeing the size of the camera( a hazard of on-line shopping) I determined it would not work for me. I could not find a place to mount it on my SUV where it would work properly, if I could get it to work. My previous camera was a Swift Hitch which worked well and the compact size made it suited to my usage. I much prefer my new setup.

We have a truck and a 24' camper. This thing would not stay consistently connected - it was just too far away. But, when it was connected, it was great.

I used this camera for the first time in my horse trailer. Nice clear picture, stayed nice and tight on the trailer wall, didn't move or shake. Took a little getting used to but defiantly worth having.

Good picture, but upon moving my vehicle, the video freezes. Might be fine for someone else. Regardless if it is me or the product, I am frustrated with it all and I can't use it.

No more hitting the house anymore this this bad boy!
