This puzzle board is spectacular. I LOVE the lazy Susan so I don't have to move around the table and the cover to keep my cat from skittering loose pieces all over the house is priceless. The board is very sturdy and pretty enough that I leave it out instead of tucking it away when I'm not working on a puzzle. The ability to sort the pieces is so helpful. It's a great size for 1,000 piece puzzles. While I love that the fabric surface keeps pieces from scooting around, sometimes I like to scoot sections around and, if it isn't a tight interlock between the pieces, the sections don't stay together, but I love the functionality enough that I'll get over that quickly. The first board I received had a split in one of the support pieces. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they responded right away (on a weekend) and sent a replacement board by the end of the week. I could not be more pleased with the product and the customer support.

I looked at every puzzle board on Amazon.. weighing different factors plastic/wood felt/rubber 4 drawer/6 drawer tilt/spin.In the end this was the winner and I’m delighted with the results. I think rotating is absolutely necessary and that was a big drawback on this board but the quality of construction and other factors still made this my top choice so I purchased an industrial lazy Susan separately on Amazon ( you can use any Lazy Susan that you have already in your kitchen, but getting a commercial or industrial one with larger ball bearings ensures a smooth, swivel that will endure) , put the board on top of the it and VOILA! lovely rotating puzzle board!!😊. I like the different color felt liners in the drawers.. it makes it easier to recall where you saw that piece you’re searching for.It’s pointless to get anything smaller than a 1500 size. Go for 2000 if it’s available. Without the extra room on the edges to build out the puzzle and place loose pieces it’s miserable trying to center the puzzle and keep it from spilling over the edge.If a puzzle board says 1000 pieces that means it fits 1000 pieces right to the very edge so but it’s in no way giving you any working room.The wood color is very clean looking and the felted top keeps pieces from sliding around making it easy to pick the board up and slide it under a bed or wherever you need to put it out of sight.The tilt factor is helpful with light glare and to admire your puzzle when it’s completed.I wanted to order one for my mom but it wouldn’t arrive until after the new year and I was eager for her to have it during our Christmas visit. So I ended up ordering a different board for her that came very quickly and is a total piece of garbage. Essentially the same price, size and similar description. Although the other one had a built on lazy Susan…. It’s awful. The ‘wood’ is black and so thin and cheap. The side edge has fallen off 2 of the drawers and it’s obvious they were just glued on not even nailed so we’ve had to repair those. The gray felt top on. It is kind of lumpy and doesn’t really go all the way to the edge. I mean it does the job it’s fine. It’s possible but compared to this one? it’s tragic.So I think you’ll be very pleased if you choose this one after reading almost every description of every puzzle board on Amazon like I did.Happy puzzling!!I

The puzzle board came fully as described. I love it! It's perfect for puzzling. The board is thoughtfully designed and contains five drawers for puzzle pieces, which makes it easy for use when assembling the puzzle and storing when not in use. I appreciate the cover as well as the material, which is sturdy and holds the puzzle pieces on the board in place when stored away.Customer service was also super friendly and responsive. When my board came, one of the drawers was damaged in the shipping process. I took a picture and asked for a replacement. However, the team noticed that the board itself had other damages as well and opted to send me a completely new board. I appreciate the customer service and how they make it goal to ensure that you're happy with the product.

I have wanted one of these for a while so jumped on it when it went on sale as it's definitely a luxury item and not cheap. It is well made. Love the drawers for different colored pieces. I did think the size would accommodate a bigger puzzle than it says but it really doesn't so pay attention to what size puzzles you do when you order. This thing is large and pretty heavy. I could not move a bigger one easily by myself so even though I'd like to do bigger puzzles, this is as big a board as I can handle. I love the idea of the cover and it does help with my kitty assistants stealing pieces. However, the one flaw it and it's pretty major in my opinion is that there is nothing to hold the fabric cover down except its weight. There are no fasteners or straps that I could find. When I finished the puzzle and went to put the board away there is no efficient way to store the floppy cover which was disappointing given how expensive this was! It needs a way to fasten the cover down. Otherwise it is really nice and I can pick it up and move the puzzle off the table fairly easily (it is big to carry flat) which was the goal. It also has a nice handle to carry it when you're not using it. Well made item but definitely for a premium price especially given the cover issue.
