I spend long hours on calls and this headset has made a noticeable difference. The lightweight design ensures I can wear it all day without discomfort. The sound quality is clear, and background noise is effectively minimized, making conversations more productive. Connecting to multiple devices is seamless, allowing me to switch between my phone and laptop effortlessly. The microphone rotation feature is convenient for adjusting to either side. The charging dock is a practical addition, keeping the headset ready for use. However, the music quality isn't top-notch, but for calls, it works splendidly.

I use a headset throughout most of the day, sometimes almost 12 hours, so I was looking at a headset with some specific features, like comfort, sound quality and battery life.This one is lightweight and comfortable, has clear sound, and is intuitive and easy to power on, pair and adjust volume.The base is solid and compact and has a magnetic component, so the headset snaps into the charging position.Very happy with the headset and the fact the battery lasts for an entire day.

The headset does not sit on the charging doc well enough to guarantee that it is charging so I have had to charge it by plugging in the USB. It also does not hold its charge very well and I have experienced it dying during meetings of less than an hour when I have checked to ensure that it was at 100% before joining.That said, if you successfully buy one without these faults, it is comfortable to wear for long periods if you need to, and the sound quality is great.

Purchased as spend most of the day on Teams calls and needed comfortable wireless headset. It is very very tempermental when it comes to calls - sometimes it connects fine and can hear people and they can hear me (FYI - the "raise microphone to vertical to mute" does NOT work with Teams) but most of the time no audio stream at all.The laptop and Teams both see the headset and it is set as the audio device in Teams but nothing comes through. Tried resetting headset and switching it in and out of device settings, disconnecting and reconnecting in Bluetooth settings and resetting Bluetooth on laptop but none of this works. After a reboot it sometimes would work but more often than not it doesn't connect.What is more strange is that sound effects from the laptop would come through the headset (such as the sound of a Teams call ending or ringing, or an email notification etc) so I guess the headphones aspect works but the headset functionality doesn't.If anyone has had any joy in getting this to work please let me know before I decide to return for my money back

Buttons on headset font work, can't answer call or alter volume using headset and no button either for mute.

Bought for my 11 year old to use with his Chromebook. He set up very easily and its great for online schooling. The battery life is excellent, it lasts over a week.
