Great little clam shell device and adequate markers. Markers are not Sharpie brand but get job done. Some locations of the stenciling cause the ink to bleed-out past the intended marking area. This is due to some imperfections (Minor surface cracks) that start at the stencil cut out and propagate along the under surface (surface that contacts the ball). The ink catches these cracks and wicks along it ... hence the bleed-out pattern. My device was prone to having cracks at the ends of the cutouts. Easy fix: just stop the marker before it reaches the cracks.

This device worked great but the marker caps are tricky to press on and I thought they were pressed closed and were were not closed/sealed. The next time I went to use the markers, they were dry. I'm sure it was my fault but the design allows you to think they are closed and sealed when they are not. I would buy this again but purchasers just need to be aware of the caps or you will be buying replacement markers after one use.

I wanted to mark my golf balls for putting alignment and how well I struck the ball. In addition, I play with mostly 2nd hand balls and I NEVER remember which brand and number I put on my tee. So now I easily recognize my uniquely marked ball when I'm searching in the woods, rough, and hard scrabble. Like other reviewers, the closing of the markers can be considered 2 stages, where one nudge will hold the cap in place, but for the proper seal you have to really push it down when you're finished.

I love this compact ball markers and color sharpies. I like the fact that it connects to my golf bag by a clip. I don’t have remember to carry markers around in my golf bag. With sleek design I have my ball makers along with 4 colors to choose from.

I play golf with my usual group all the time and we always end up using the same brand of balls. This kit is perfect because it allows us to mark each of our balls in different colors so we don't end up arguing with each other over who had the longest drive! Great quality, definitely recommend!

The spring loaded clam shell plastic pieces fit perfectly around a golf ball allowing you to put the lines exactly where you want them. No marker will adhere to the slick surface of a golf ball for long so if you play in wet conditions you will have to remark the ball after you play with it some. Just carry several with you and remark them after a round.

This little tool is a fantastic way to line up your putts perfectly. Works as advertised and I love that they include a little bag with a hook that can be attached to my golf bag.

Great alignment marking golf tool. The bag makes it great for leaving the additional markers and marking tool at home, so the markers don't run dry from the heat. Great gadgets; a must!

These markers are not permanent and fade away after a round of golf in the dry. If it rains the markings would fade in a couple of holes.

Very good for marking lines for putting alignment together with other symbols for ball identification using four colours.

Liked the fact the ball was secured so you can put whatever Mark's you want on them and whatever colour
