Easy learning for all!
I initially got these to teach my children Spanish as I loved learning languages at school, particularly Spanish. I actually found these a great way of brushing up my own Spanish and for my husband to learn too with the kids! So easy to understand and some lovely illustrations I’ll be picking these up in French too!

Looks ok, but at the moment I hardly know any Spanish
I don't speak Spanish yet, but I got this for my sister who has been learning Spanish on the Duolingo App as thought it would be a bit of fun. However I've just realised that her husband hasn't been learning Spanish so that may cause a wee problem! Maybe it will inspire him to learn also. Worse case Scenario she can at least see if she can read the cards. I have just started learning also but have literally only got as far as learning La madre !Looking at the instructions there are a few different things you can do and I think the £7.95 price is reasonable.I hope you found this helpful. Please let me know if you did. 😊

Good quality
These spanish cards are really good quality and they make it easier to learn spanish. The only thing is that i couldn’t see the english translations on cards, maybe it’s a good thing for others, but i think it could be better if there was english translations.Overall good quality and lovely cards.

Fun card game for students of Spanish
A small pack of linen finish playing cards to help you learn some Spanish words and phrases. There are 54 cards - some of them ask a question in Spanish with suggested answers to choose from in Spanish e.g. what is your favourite animal? There are also some Action picture cards with the Spanish word telling you to e.g. Jump. Other cards are there to move the game along such as switch turn directions, pick up more cards from the central pile, miss a turn. The aim is to be the first to get rid of the 7 cards you are dealt in your initial hand. The game is fun if you are playing with a group who have some knowledge of Spanish, good for secondary school pupils learning Spanish or families who visit Spain regularly. It will not teach you the language but a fun way to pick up some new vocabulary

Fun learning game
These cards are the same size as traditional playing cards, for some reason I thought the cards were going to be bigger. I thought the game would be a fun way to start to learn Spanish with my son but I think to really get the most out of this game you need to have some knowledge of Spanish already. If you have no knowledge of Spanish it is quite hard as there is no English equivalent on the cards so when asking a question it is not clear what you are actually asking. Where there are pictures though it is clearer for example, Zebra (cebras) but Te gustan los? It is not obvious what this means. The actual game play though is similar to Uno where you can match by colour or number or play an action card. We have adapted the rules for our level of ability to get the most out of the cards.

Good vocaubulary builder for intermediate speakers
The main thing to know about this set is that it is not for people with little/no knowledge of Spanish. At first glance I assumed this would be a set for total novices but in fact it assumes a basic grasp of some Spanish to be able to play. There are no English translations on the cards so the players need to have a good working vocabulary. However for players at this level it will be a good game for practicing and improving both vocabulary and word usage.

¡Increíble!
Thank you so much for this resource!! I use these for private lessons, and plan to use them with my beginning level classes as school this year. The cards are accessible to all and will guarantee that all students are on task- they have questions with options for answers, so students will feel confident and safe speaking with their class mates. Because students are exposed to the same questions more than once, the game will help reinforce previously learned language while introducing new vocabulary and structures. I imagine you’ll have 100% of students on task with this game, and you’ll hear a lot of Spanish. For Spanish 1 students, there are a few reflexive questions that may present a slight challenge, but you can just write these ones on the board with their meanings.I saw in the reviews that someone didn’t receive instructions. Mine came with instructions that were very clear and easy to follow. The game works like Uno, but you ask a question when you play a card.I would also love to have a set of these cards with particular focuses, such as questions in the preterite and other grammatical areas.

Instructions are not clear
Unfortunately the instructions are confusing. It says something in English and something completely different in Spanish. Disappointed with the instructions.I can still use this as a simple question/answer exercise.
