Great stick up option
These are great strips to stick virtually anywhere. Purchased them for our kids for school because they were sticking everything to the walls that they had to do for online school during the pandemic.Peel the paper and stick where you want. Super easy to adhere to the wall and the bond is instant and sturdy. The thickness of the cork allows for push pins to go in with ease without worry of them going through the cork to hit the wall. The adhesive WILL pull the paint off the wall if you try to reposition after installation, so be mindful of that and grab your level ahead of time to avoid having to redo it!

Perfect for pin display
I ordered these to display a portion of my enamel pin collection, they work perfectly! They adhered to the wall very easily, and they are thick enough for all of my pins to be displayed flat/flush to the surface. They are not perfectly straight however, I am unsure if that is from the way they are cut or the way they were shrink-wrapped for shipping, but the only loss in star is because they didn't straighten out despite my effort (okay since I'm not too picky and the display is just for me, but if you are a perfectionist or want them straight it might drive you nuts!)

Great Cork Boards, Poor Adhesion! — Buy the Cork Board & Your Own Double-Sided Tape!
I’m giving these cork strips four stars because of the thickness (1/2”) as well as for the density of the cork board material. Since the cork board material is so fine, I was able to CAREFULLY cut the 2” wide strips into eight 1/2” wide border strips without it crumbling into pieces. Also, unlike some cheaper cork board material, this cork board material is self-healing, so when I take the pushpins out, the holes close up.I took one star away because I think the adhesive material on the back should have a stronger hold considering the cork board is 1/2” thick. The adhesive on the back, in my opinion, is regular double-sided tape like the kind used between two pieces of paper—it’s not tape designed to hold up the weight of the 1/2” cork board in addition to push pins and whatever the pushpins are holding in place. I read the reviews before purchasing the cork board strips, and I knew the adhesive on the back would potentially be an issue, so when my strips fell down after the first hour, I implemented my back up plan for re-securing my strips (better quality double-sided tape).

No problems sticking after 2 months!
From other reviews, I was worried these wouldn't work well, but they've been great for me! I put one on a painted wall, just below our calendar, and one on the side of our tall cabinet from IKEA, which has a very smooth surface. I haven't had to secure anything too heavy to them, but with all I have stuck to them, there hasn't been any hint of coming loose. I'm thinking it's safe to put the others up now too. (I had been waiting to see if it'd need to try one of the additional measures suggested by some reviewers, to get the other two to stick in those same places if the first ones fell off.)The thickness really is great too - no risk of poking the wall or scratching the side of our pantry.

Looks as I expected and is thick enough for pins, but adhesive is poor
These work great for lining up under my window to display my pins. I picked them mainly for the size. They look as expected and the thickness is adequate for both tacks and pinback buttons. The only issue I had with these were the adhesive. In the product's defense, the review says it isn't good for textured surfaces, but my wall is about as textured as the one in the sample photo so I thought it would be fine. The strips started falling down after less than 24 hours though. I was able to rectify this by putting a small nail in the middle of each one to hold it up and it's discreet so it works for me, but this may not be an option for everyone so keep this in mind when purchasing. If even the slight texture of stucco drywall is too textured for these strips they may need to update their sample images and description so that is clear.

Sticks to everything but the wall!!
This product had all that I wanted for my wall - 4 rectangular strips of cork, neat and simple. The backing has a double sided tape that supposedly holds the parts to the wall. The positive part (which is the reason for 1 star and not 0 stars) - the strips are thick enough to hold a pin without penetrating the wall. The negative - 3 of the 4 strips fell off within the first 10 days. Since one of them is still clinging to the wall, it is not the texture of the wall, or the wall paint, but the adhesion of the strips; I had 1 piece of letter sized paper on each of the strips... The worst part - the strips fell off and now the backing tape sticks to all kind of paperwork from my desk!

Desk Door Bulletin Board
These were the perfect length and spread a little width to turn my desk door into a bulletin board. I am constantly writing notes on pieces of paper, and then losing them. The self adhesive was easy to peel paper from and apply to the door. I got all four on just as I hoped and the gift of push pins was fantastic as I had none. Now my notes are there for reminders and I have a neater desk.Items were well packed and shipped quickly. Decent price and cork is nice and thick.

Not the best
I had mild success with another vendor's cork board strips and needed to buy more to complete my project. Had to buy these since the other ones sold out....really wish I didn't. I used this to hold some relatively light and small pins, and it could hardly hold the weight at all. Fell off the wall almost immediately. Added 3M strips and that seems to be holding up and not falling anymore.Probably should only use if you plan on pinning papers or anything with negligible weight.
