Perfect for large rooms, easy to move around, very effective in clearing the air
This is a big and powerful air purifier to have if you want something for a larger room. This works if you want something you can move around a bit easier. This one comes with wheels on the bottom (it is not too heavy but nice to have the wheels). The wheels are pre installed already so be careful when taking the air purifier out. The filter on the inside needs to be taken out of the plastic and installed before it can work so remember that. If you try to run it with the plastic on it will just make for a bad filter as well as odd plastic smell. Speaking of wheels, this air purifier is quite large. The lids can be removed but mind your hand as it can caught on the fan. It is great for very room such as a living room. It is most effective in the center of the room then on the end. I am unsure of what filter can replace this to be honest. This will also has worked great for my resin printing area when I need it. I can move this in there easily with the wheels. Be careful not to push too hard as the wheels can get stuck on the edge and it can fall over. The air purifier does a good job and this really gave me peace of mind. I no longer have bad air or the smell from say my resin printer. It also clears the smell in my kitchen. It removes most of the cooking smell which is great. For the most part, I do enjoy having this device in my house and the compact size makes it great for moving around as needed. This is a very good air purifier to have and it is very quiet on the first setting. It can be noticeably loud on max setting. It does have a very simple LED light system to show that the device is on. It is located on the top with the button controls. This big air purifier will take up a good much amount of space. It does a great job with giving you less bad air in smaller areas. It really does a good job with getting rid of the smell in the house if you happen to be cooking. I would be cooking and I turn this on before I go to bed and it gets rid of the smell in a few hours. The controls are on top and are very simple as it is just a button press to turn on. You can also control it via the phone application (need to download that). The application is okay. It is pretty easy to connect to the device if you follow the setup via app. It has very few fan functions. The filter is fairly easy to take out and clean out/replace as needed. It does not run hot or anything. The sound on this is very hard to notice when on the lower setting. Even at the highest setting the fan noise just becomes white noise for me. One thing to note is that all the cables are inside the air filter when you first open this. The plug is on the bottom of the air filter so be careful when moving. You can actually just unplug the cable from the air purifier. It uses the traditional figure 8 plug so you can replace it as needed. You have to remove the plastic film on top of the control. Overall this air purifier is big and powerful. It is definitely a a good product if you want something for a bigger space. For it to be effective though, you need to change the filter and vacuum the fans every month. If you do not it is not being run at the optimum efficiency. The white plating is also prone to yellowing if you happen to leave this in the sun. It is easy to setup and easy to use for the most part. It is not very loud so you do not have to worry about it being distracting. It is a very mobile so you can move it around as needed. I will say that the wheels are pre installed so be careful taking it out.

I liked Cleanforce Mega 1000 better than its competitors
What I like about it: 1) It's aesthetically pleasing (i.e. it looks nice). 2) It's simple, easy, and straightforward to operate. 3) Removal and Re-insertion of the filters are easy. 4) Of the 4 fan speeds (1 being the lowest and 4 being the highest), speeds 1 and 2 are quiet. Can barely hear it. Speeds 3 & 4 are louder, similar to a vacuum cleaner. But these speeds suck and blow a lot of air. 5) Panel lights indicate quality (or lack thereof) of the air. Blue is best, Green is good, Yellow is crummy, and red is the worst. 6) Even better than the light indicators referenced above, a front panel display indicates the PM2.5 index. PM2.5 stands for Particulate Matter that is 2.5 microns (or less) in size. It is a measure of the quality of the air. A lower number indicates better quality, while a higher number indicates poorer air quality. A sensor on the back panel of the machine measures these particles in the air near the vicinity of the machine. So, for example, a reading of 5 would indicate there are 5 micrograms of particles 2.5 microns or less in size per cubic meter of air. The PM2.5 index gives you a more specific indication of the air quality -- whereas the colored panel lights give you a general, relative range. For example, on my machine, a blue light indicates air containing anywhere from 0 to 15 micrograms of 2.5 micron particles per cubic meter of air. But the PM2.5 index display tells you exactly where you are in that range -- for example 5 or 13 micrograms per cubic meter of air. 7) The machine has a remote control. I can control its functions from my recliner chair. 8) Machine has a timer. You can control how long you want the machine to remain on (in 1hr increments) before turning itself off -- anywhere from 1 to 12 hours. 9) It has an "auto" mode that will adjust the fan speed automatically according to the air quality (The dirtier the air, the higher the fan speed). 10) Company was highly responsive. I contacted them once before purchasing the machine and 2 or 3 times afterwards. They responded to my e-mails promptly (either same day or next day). In contrast, when I contacted Nuwave regarding their Oxypure machine, I never received a response from them at all which was consistent with with other consumers who also complained about Nuvave's lack of responsiveness. Cons: 1) It's expensive. 2) Filter replacement is expensive. And while the filters are competitively priced with other brands (about $60.00 per filter), you need TWO filters for this machine (i.e. about $120.00 to replace the filters). What I would improve: 1) The timer. I would change the timer to indicate how much time actually remains after setting the timer. Here's the way the timer currently works: Suppose you set the timer for 2 hours. The display will show the PM2.5 index rating for about 10 seconds, then flash 2 (for 2 hours) for about 2 seconds. Suppose 10 minutes go by. Instead of the timer flashing 1hr 50 min, it continues to flash 2 instead. It will continue flashing 2 until 1hr has actually elapsed, at which time the display will flash 1 (indicating 1hr left on timer). I would change the timer so it actually displays the actual amount of time remaining before the machine will turn itself off. So, if you set the timer for 2 hrs, 20 minutes later the timer should display 1hr 40min instead of displaying 2. 2) I would add another air quality sensor (PM2.5 index monitor) to measure the OUTPUT of the air in addition to measuring air input quality. This would give the user an idea of the efficiency of the filters. So, for example, if the PM2.5 index for the INPUT reads 17, and the OUTPUT reads 5, you know your filters are working. And, as time goes by, you would expect the INPUT reading and the OUPUT reading to equilibrate (as air is filtered, it's quality should improve such that INPUT air readings will eventually match, or at least approach, OUTPUT air quality readings). Performance: Normally, the air quality where I placed my machine reads around 5 (Excellent air quality). The highest reading I've seen was 13. But for the most part, my PM2.5 index display hovers around 5. One day, I broiled some spare ribs. When I opened the oven, all kinds of smoke came out into the atmosphere. I turned the machine on and the PM2.5 index display registered 999 and the fan speed kicked into it's top speed. After about 15 minutes, the PM2.5 index began dropping, and the fan speed changed from 4 to 3 after about 40 minutes. It took about an hour for the display to come back down to 5. Overall, I would recommend this air purifier. It's easy to use, it performed well, and the company was highly responsive to my questions.

Quite air purifier
This product has exceeded my expectations. We honestly bought it because of COVID-19 and a desire to feel a little better about our interior air quality during what may be a lengthy winter in the North. It's quite simple to use, but what sets this organization distinct among other things is their excellent customer service. It's unlike anything I've ever experienced. I got this product, but when I put it in, we had some trouble getting it to start there seemed to be some type of beeping issue that I couldn't get past in order to get it to start. This air purifier is both quiet and efficient. I bought it to treat pet dander after adopting a stray cat. My wife is extremely allergic. If this didn't work, I was going to have to get rid of the dog. This HEPA air purifier large room, H13 Pure HEPA filters filter 99.97 percent of tiny particles as small as 0.1 microns, dust, and pet dander, as well as smoking, wildfire smoke, culinary aromas, pet odors, and VOCs. Filters up to 4650 sqft in 1 hour/ 2325 sqft in 30 minutes for extra big room coverage with a 1000 CADR. Dual air intake and twin-turbo fans provide up to 2X4 layers of filtration via two plastic pre-filters and two multi-Integrated filter Sets that include a non-woven textiles filter, an H13 medical grade HEPA filter, and an activated carbon filter in a single set. Simple touch screen controls include a smart auto mode, four fan speeds, a 12-hour timer, sleep mode, a four-color LED air quality display, auto on/off, and a kid lock. Enjoy the convenience of using a remote to control your air purifier. In smart mode, the smart air purifier will automatically alter its fan speed based on your real-time air quality. Even with such a high CADR, it is quiet enough to sleep, at only 35dB on the lowest setting. Ordinary air purifiers are 60% more energy efficient. Save money on your energy expenses! The H13 medical-grade HEPA filter captures 99.97% of ultra-fine particles as tiny as 0.1 microns. Filter out dust, pollen, pet dander, and smells. CARB-compliant machine. Tested for ozone emissions and found to be under the 0.050 parts per million ozone emission concentration limit. Mega1000 has passed the CP65 test the safe drinking water and toxic enforcement act and is constructed of entirely safe and non-toxic components. I can freely adjust the air purifier's running time, from 1 to 12 hours, and it will turn on and off automatically. Overall, I think this air purifier is a good buy. It's simple to use, it works effectively, and the firm was quick to respond to my inquiries.

Best I've found so far!
I'm in the HVAC industry and own three other air-purifiers by two different manufacturers. This is the best I've found so far. I've now had this for almost a year. They key to filtering air is the amount of air changes the filter can provide for the space that you're trying to purify. The more air changes - the cleaner the air. If you are looking to place an air purifier in your living room that's open concept or any room where a door cannot be completely closed to seal off the space - anything smaller than the size of this air purifier is like trying to breathe through a straw. One of my other units is hundreds of dollars more than this one and 1/3 of the size. The reason why the bigger size of this unit matters is because it can pull MORE air at much lower fan speeds which equals quieter operation. My smaller unit which costs hundreds more, needs to be on fan speed 5 (which is loud as hell) in order to match the fan speed of this unit on fan speed 2, which is virtually silent. If you happen to be cooking something that makes the house smell, this unit at the highest fan speed really pulls the air across the charcoal filters removing the smell in a fraction of a time that my other purifiers do, which allows you to reduce fan speed in a much shorter amount of time, thus reducing noise. Even on the highest fan speed with this unit, it is much quieter than my smaller units at high speed, and really not that bad even then. Another thing that matters is filter fitment and quality and cost of replacement. These HEPA filters with the included charcoal filters fit tight (like they should), are great quality, and are very reasonably priced compared to other units this size that I researched before purchasing this Cleanforce air purifier. Another thing to add... I also purchased this unit specifically because it has a handheld remote vs. phone App control. One of my other units has App control, and by the time I grab my phone, open the app, attempt to make changes (if the app decides it wants to work) - I have already picked up this handheld remote, made changes, and moved on to whatever I was doing. In conclusion: Not only is this a great air-filter, but the size is excellent. Again, if you have any open area (living room and kitchen both open to the hallway), or any decent sized bedroom especially with vaulted ceilings - anything smaller than this Cleanforce is a waste of money.

Massive air cleaning ability, draws out tons of dust
I have a bunch of dogs who bring in a ton of very fine sand that's instant dust and also constantly ditch a boatload of fur. I've had a few air cleaners and this one is by far the best. On durability the jury is still out, because I've been using it only since May, 5 months. My Honeywell drum cleaner has been running daily for 5 years, still going strong. A Colzen quit after about 18 months. But this giant definitely sucks out a huge amount of dust. It runs 24/7 at the highest level and about 20 feet away its just a low level, white noise hum. I vacuum clean the filters 5-7 days and they are always full. The air quality still stays in the blue or green, so I was a bit skeptical about the air quality sensing ability. What blew me away was when I burned some holes into plastic buckets with a soldering iron right next, but above, to the air purifier. Within 10 seconds the light went to red and the count shot up to way over 900. Holy cow! Even though it was unplanned I was so glad I was working right next to the air purifier. Within about 10 minutes the light was back to blue and the count down to below 10 again. I repeated the process on another bucket and the same thing happened, so it wasn't a fluke. I'm definitely impressed with this work horse and if it holds up for 5 years or more it's an all around champion. Update 9/12/23: Still happy with this air cleaner. It's still going strong after over a year of daily use at the highest setting. But it's a bit on the noisy side while watching TV. I have also added another filter layer to prolong the life of the 2 filters. (They are EXPENSIVE!) Ordered a $30 six foot by 25" roll of orange HVAC/Furnace filter batt, cut 2 pieces just slightly smaller than the filter screens, removed most of the white fluff and placed the orange layer - "sticky" side down inside the perforated covers. Then clamped the filter screen back in place, where it's also securely holding the orange filter. All of the dust now gets trapped on that orange filter and only a minute amount makes it through onto the filter screen. That means virtually no dust goes into the $100 filters anymore - they can deal with the microscopic stuff. After a few vacuumings I wash the orange filters with some dish soap, let them dry and they're ready to go, good as new. Having cut 4 filters from that roll I don't have to wait for the washed ones to dry either and always have a clean set on hand. Folded like a dish towel the extras don't take up much space unlike the big filters.

Pretty loud at anything over setting 2, but seems to work very well.
Over the last 5 years or so I have gradually suffered more and more from allergies. I'm not one to rely on drugs to fix things unless I absolutely have to so instead I decided to attempt to clean my interior environment as much as I can with an air purifier. I've only had this unit a short time but unless it is just coincidence it seems to be helping already as my symptoms have lessened. I live in an open floor plan (except the bedrooms/bathrooms) 2500sqft one story house and placed this unit in a central location, turned it on and by the next morning the air quality indicator went from its initial red (bad) to green (excellent). I now have it at setting 1 which is the lowest except for the sleep mode, and it seems to be maintaining at green. I like that I don't have to turn it up higher than 2 since it gets pretty loud on 3 and 4. I have a smaller purifier in my bedroom since that is partially closed off from the main living area, but the Cleanforce seems quite able to take care of the majority of the house. It was a lot of money for me as I am retired and not a wealthy person, but when I weighed the cost versus feeling healthy in my home, I decided to make the investment.

Great
I have been using this unit for over a year now almost 24/7. I live in the desert southwest in windy and very dusty conditions. I am amazed at how little we need to dust now. If your serious about indoor air quality this unit works well. It's not cheap but it is worth it. The filters are also pricey as it need two but I was able to find some after market ones for much less that seem to work as well here also on Amazon. I usually run it on #3 air volume and don't find it to loud for watching TV or conversing. Sometimes on #2 and if there is smoke from a structure or grass fire i will run it on 4. At 4 it is somewhat loud but still bearable. It doesn't seem to do a great job at filtering kitchen cooking oders but not a deal breaker for me as I doubt any others would either. It is heavy for us older folk and will not roll on carpet. We have vynle planking throughout the house except the living room and rolls wonderfully on that. Filters are very easy to change with no mess. Key to filter longevity is to vacuum your pre-filter frequently. I use a soft brush attachment. This catches a lot of the dust etc. Before hitting the HEPA filter. Then I use soap and warm water and sponge occasionally as needed when you begin to notice any kitchen grease or any other substance that may not be coming off with the vacuum. I would recommend this unit. Don't waste your money on the smaller yet less expensive ones if you can at all help it. Save up if you must.

Awesome product
I moved into a new apartment which is larger than my previous one, and I have two cats, it's almost allergy season now so I figured I'd purchase a second air purifer. This product is just what I need. Look and Feel: First of all, this thing is big ! my another purifier is relatively medium sized but this one is almost 1.5 times larger ! It's probably the best looking air purifier on Amazon.... the textures and materials used on this product are top notch. there's an in-unit display and a touch screen at the top, the whole product looks super premium. The four wheels at the bottom make it really convenient to move it around my apartment. Noise: There seems to be three or four fan speed levels, when I'm at home I usually just keep it at the minimum fan speed, and you wouldn't hear anything at this level -- I mean it, literally little sound come out of the machine, though you can still feel the fan running, it's so quiet that you almost feel it's turned off. I would leave it running at the medium fan speed if go out. The Display: The in-unit display is a genius idea. this is the first time I've seen an air purifier that has such a display screen, once you change any settings via the buttons at the top, the relative info will be displayed in the unit. You can tell its settings just by a quick look at it, way more convenient than my old one. The number changes in real time though I haven't figured what is actually means. Been using it for about one week now, almost perfect, really don't know what to complain. Admitly, I haven't used all the features yet, I will update later once I try everything. ***Update - iOS App*** Adding the device to the app is the easiest one I've seen so far for IoT devices, the app could automatically find the device and start pairing, you don't need to do anything, I remember two years ago I would need to go through daunting steps to pair IoT devices to apps, it's amazed to see how far technology has advanced. The interface on the app is not bad, it monitors PM2.5 in real time and can remote control the device, I also haven't noticed any lag on the communication between the app and the device at all, very smoothy. I honestly don't know how to read PM2.5... I would wish there's some indications of how much cat hair it has taken in... also, the app seems very very similar to the one that I was using for my vac robot. All in all, very good product, nothing to complain, the designers (both the device and the app) and engineers really did a good job delivering this product.
