This electrolyte drink mix is the epitome of a well crafted and designed product. After a good few years of trying various other options in the market and not so successfully making home made versions, I was about to give up. Somehow the LMNT Salt’s advertisement popped up on a blog I read, thought to try the same pack (only $14). Holy cow!! Was I in a shock!! The taste was phenomenal, and I felt great instantly, literally. Two years of trying to ineffectively fast and or being over hydrated, I couldn’t explain why I felt always thirsty even after drinking copious amounts of water. The headaches (even when not fasting) went away, sleep became better, I felt like prior to LMNT I was operating half asleep and now for the first time I’m fully awake and rested, metaphorically speaking. No I do not have super powers, my body still aches and pains like y’all if I don’t sleep enough or eat well, I am not an overnight special bird from ingesting LMNT. What I realized that I was dehydrated, of minerals and essentials salts (potassium , magnesium, etc) and the water drinking (although good) was flushing the body out of whatever electrolytes the system had left. All of this went away from the moment I tried the first packet of LMNT. Of all the flavors, lemon hanenero is my favorite, second favorite is Mango Chilli. Everybody likes different flavors, the chocolate and or raspberry, or the watermelon flavor was not for me, whilst many won’t like the ones I love- to each his own. This is the only electrolyte mix I’ll ever have; it’s allowed my body to reset back to where my baseline should be, brining balance and clarity to the overall homeostasis of my health. I am ever grateful for this product, and will be a lifelong customer. Thank you to the LMNT team for making this, you are changing the world one happy and healthy person at a time. Blessings

Have tried dozens of products and most were ok , however, this product is off the charts for eliminating cramps , which now allows me to train at a higher intensity level.One dislike is the taste, however, the ability to finish a training ride without the pain and suffering of server leg cramps is worth the bitter SOUR taste!

Update 11/21. After I left my original review (see below), LMNT contacted me to express their apologies that I did not like the flavor, and offered me a full refund for my order. This is exceptional, unsolicited customer service. Thank you LMNT. I want to be clear - my opinion of Lemon Habanero has not changed. But LMNT does have great flavors such as their Citrus Salt and Orange Salt flavors. Based on their exceptional customer service, I have changed my rating from the original 1 star rating.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Thought it it would be a cool flavor. So I tried it. Did LMNT actually try this before selling to the public? Not drinkable. Causes a gag reflex. Leaves a lasting burning sensation in your esophagus. Not a hint of habanero, but a blast of caustic habanero. Unlike purchasing from LMNT direct, this item is not returnable/refundable by Amazon. Total waste of money. Learned the hard way, don't buy from amazon. Buy from LMNT directly. Same price, but with the benefit of a no questions asked return policy.

This is actually too spicy for my wife. This is why I love it - it actually has a real kick to it and it tastes great.As far as whether or not it works, I just know that I feel better when I use it during my intermittent fasting than when I do not.

This is my favorite electrolyte powder BY FAR! Its a bit spicy so be careful not to breathe in the powder! lol...

This one was to hot for me.

Flavor is fine, tried a sample pack of LMNT to see what I would like best, and I enjoy all the flavors more than I thought I would. Am not a hard athlete, but these seem to do great while working outside in warm weather.
