Great jacket

This jacket is fantastic, it looks and feels great and it fits my body perfectly. The jacket is light enough to pack away as a backup layer when on long hikes and when I am not on hikes it is stylish and cut enough to wear to work in the office. The material has a matt effect that just looks amazing and this can be worn as an outer layer as well as an insulator layer. 10 out of 10!!! no joke, I love this coat that much. Quality product from start to finish.

Fit is very much on the big side

Insulated Jacket by Helly Hanson. I've had this type of insulated jacket before and the last one had some down in it. This one has a synthetic filling and frankly you would never know the difference. I think it is just as warm. It has a small collar and two zipped side pockets. Inside there's two large pockets which are not zipped. The front opening is zipped from top to bottom. Also has a draw cord at the base of the jacket to allow you to tighten around your hips. Keep the cold out and the heat in. If you look at the design of lots of horizontal sewn lines this gives it a stiffness which I find welcome. My last jacket had wide panels and was very floppy. There is a small collar which I like as if it is to large or to small isn't so comfortable for everyday use. As a general jacket for traveling or as a layer of insulation for maintaining your correct body temperature when in some active pursuit. I like it very much.

Lovely and warm, looks good, but as other reviewers say, it sheds feathers like nobody’s business. I wouldn’t buy another one for that reason. It’s embarrassing leaving a trail of feathers everywhere (yes, it’s that bad). It’ll continue to be a good jacket until all the stuffing has gone.

Another great purchase from the iconic brand Helly Hansen. Very pleased with this jacket, as a rain jacket and wind breaker it does exactly what you would expect, it has a real nice mega lightweight limited fleece lining, a nice chest pocket inside and out and looks great. It I was to improve, it would only be to add some of those under arm zips alot of other brands have, though I'll bet HH have another variation to meet this desire. Top quality, good value, warm, waterproof and a great comfortable fit.. recommended.

Chaqueta con estilo y buen corte, que además destaca por ser ultra ligera y muy calentita, con buena tecnología para aislar del frio pero dejando transpirar. He pedido mi talla habitual de otras marcas como Columbia y se ajusta a la perfección, aun siendo la primera mas holgada que ésta. Sus dos bolsillos laterales exteriores para refugiar las manos son muy cálidos y agradables al tacto, y los dos interiores suficientemente amplios para guardar accesorios personales. Me he decantado por el color negro que es polivalente al poder ser elegante, urbano y deportivo, según la ocasión. El logo HH me ha venido en color plateado que es mas contrastado, a tomar en cuenta por quien lo prefiera color negro mas discreto. Las mangas, hombros, torso y cintura proporcionan un fit correcto y equilibrado. Gran chaqueta para entretiempo, así como para alternar con abrigos mas propios de Invierno, debido a su notable aislamiento térmico y revestimiento semi impermeable. Asimismo, su ligereza, ajuste y comodidad permiten perfectamente utilizarse como capa intermedia, para los días mas fríos o a la intemperie. El precio de Amazon, imbatible, y esta es una marca que nunca decepciona y a la que cada vez soy mas adicto.
