do not pump until all tubes are connected
One pump gets the oil flowing. Works great on my Toro push lawn mower. Funnel is used to pour new oil into mower and to pour old oil into a container. Bring to a quick lube place for disposal. Good materials

It does the job!
I needed the device to remove gear oil from a large rotary cutter (brush hog) that has no drain plug on the gear box. It worked great. Delivery was earlier than promised!

This is the only way I'm changing my mower and edger oil.
My mower definitely isn't oil change friendly. This is a clean, easy, and fast way to get the oil out of my mower.

Makes Oil Changes Easy
Works great for my lawn tractor. I don't have lifts or anything, and I am not very mechanically inclined, so changing the oil on all my yard equipment is a little daunting to me. This device, however, has taken away some of my anxiety. It's so easy to just insert the hose into the dipstick of the machine and pump out the old oil. I was actually surprised at how well it worked. I've used this on my lawn tractor, tiller and snow blower so far. No issues. Word of advice: By an oil recycling jug for like $8 to dump your old oil into when you're done.

Makes oil changes easy!
I've done my own oil changes on all my vehicles for years now. I always did it the usual way, on my back underneath the vehicle with an oil drain pan. Always with hot oil running down my arm and usually making some kind of a mess, not too bad but still a mess. Good times! I recently bought a new (used) truck and of course wanted to do an oil change first thing. When I got underneath I found the oil pan drain plug had been overtightened and stripped from some previous attempt to get it out. Not a huge problem, and I will fix it one of these days (I swear!), but it inspired me to try a different approach, so I ordered this oil extractor. It's pretty straightforward to use. Plastic tubing goes down the oil dipstick tube, pump the handle and it sucks the oil out. I was concerned with it being able to extract all the oil from the pan, so I measured the oil that came out. The oil capacity of the vehicle is 8.5 quarts, and that's what I measured. Very little if any oil left in the pan. I had to empty the unit halfway through because it only holds 4 liters, but that was easy enough. This really makes oil changes quicker and easier, and so much less messy. I've also used it for transmission fluid when it was accidentally slightly overfilled. I'll be using it for all my oil changes from now on. Recommended.

Sadly not worth the money - and oil spilled all over garage
I really wanted a way to 'easily' get oil out of my Toro 22" Recycler with a Briggs & Stratton engine. The product works sort of but not really. Heated up the mower to allow oil to flow easily. It did not and we finally switched to tipping the mower on it's side to drain and change the oil. I was planning on returning the Oil Extractor after bringing the used oil to a center. Missed the window of time to return it. Sadly the device ALSO does not seal well and oil got spilled all over in my garage before disposing the oil. I am only happy that DIDN'T happen in my vehicle on the way to dispose of the used oil. So wish I had my money back. Really wanted it to work. Certainly doesn't work like on the video. Now my $ is gone and my garage is damaged.

Great for oil changes.
This oil extractor pump makes small engine oil changes simple. Just stick the tube in the dip stick tube and pump away. The suction pulls the oil out the engine into the tank. No mess, or fuss. I use it to change the oil twice a year. I am glad I purchased this extractor, it makes life simple with it's use. There are no qualms about it, the pros are it's sturdiness, ease of extraction, and it stores used oil for ease of recycling. It is spill proof as it is wide at the base to prevent accidental spills. Get this for your small engine oil changes, you'll be glad you did,
