Having had many cables fray using only about 60 kilos. I thought I’d try this as it forces the cable through a less acute angle than the metal pulleys.Still holding strong and smooth after a lot of work.And, no cable fraying!Recommended

The media could not be loaded.  These were used for a zip line return mechanism, their large diameter and low resistance made them perfect for the task after connecting them together to make a pulley block.

Handy piece of kit, useful for adapting different cable systems for differing exercises ,would be better if the cable ends could travel through save changing

These pulleys are quiet and rotates very smoothly due to the bearings. They seem to be good quality and large enough to accommodate most cable widths for strength training.One may need to stop the cable from sliding between the pulley and the pulley holder bracket. However, that can easily done by putting a strong tape or a worm-ring clamp.

The quality is good enough. I have personally tested it with 100kg and it held that. But I woulnd't trust it with much more than that. I think their specified 200kg is the breaking load and not the working load. Probably going to upgrade to the bells of steel pulley.

Aguanta mucho peso y es muy silenciosa. Muy recomendable.
