This was purchased as a gift. The birthday is still 2 weeks away. I can always update after I hear how well they work. The description and reviews sounded great.

I originally bought these as a gift for my husband who appreciates his bourbon cold and "neat." But I also use them for beer !!!! Let's face it there are some times and some foods that just require a nice cold beer. My trouble is that with a meal I often cannot drink the beer fast enough and it gets warm. And most beers I cannot drink warm so I use the whiskey stones! They work great!

I first used the stones to cool down some green garbazno beans I was blanching. They worked very well in terms of cooling down the water. I then had them in my whiskey. I like my whiskey straight and cold, so these were perfect for me. They are very beautiful stones too. I wish they were a little larger so I didn't have to use so many at once. You have to be careful about not freezing them wet!

The description says that it has 'very nice packaging' but it was in a sort of dingy plain white box with a picture of the rocks on it. The stone bag was nice I guess. The stones seem to be good quality. It looked like a cheapo gift even though it wasn't though and it was a Christmas present.

Love them great replacement for ice I freeze them in sandwich bags though because the fuz from the bag sticks to the cubes. Also better in smaller glasses not big cups of juice

I ordered this for my husband who drinks whiskey pretty often. I was super excited about them, until he told me that they dont keep the drink really cold.I was really disappointed when I noticed that he had gone back to using normal ice cubes in his drinks too. Boooo.

Very nice quality product. I use them to cool coffee without watering it down. Only complaint is that they are small. I wish they had a size a little bit larger. It takes about 5 stones to completely cool a cup of coffee. Should be perfect for a couple fingers of whiskey though.

Waste of money. hardly any cooling. 1 regular ice cube can cool the drink more than all these cubes put together. Lol

I had to return it, it’s not any good and soap stones absorb the whisky 🥃 too. Bit disappointed with the product.
