Barely started using it, I have 9 pills left right now, ...... Yes, be ready to go the restroom a lot of times, in the beginning, days later my body got accustomed and went regularly but not in urgency. Did suffer some stomach issues, but on the second week, I'm doing fine. Did not feel any change or haven't seen any change with weight loss, but I have noticed a change with my cravings, right now, if I eat some food, is just because I have it front of me, but not because I'm craving it or I'm hangry. Yes, I have noticed that I get full really fast; for example: if I open a bag of Cheetos, I just eat some pieces and then I leave the rest for another day when I remember I have a snack available somewhere at home. When I go for lunch, I can't finish my whole plate…… This is barely my first month and I haven't finished the first round,….I just ordered another one…. Read that you will see results after 3 months of use. But I'm taking it to manage hunger, and …..it is working so far...Will update review after I finish my second month.

This product did not do me any good at all. I got extremely bloated that my abs hurt like as if they were sore. Drinking a lot of water didnt help either. I had to detox myself to get rid of the bloating. Nope. Not for me.
