Excellent case for liquid cooling enthusiasts.
Fantastic case, period. Plenty of room to play with. Excellent cable management, with cut outs / tie downs / rear concealment. Power supply concealment / SSD mount. Sturdy side panel glass. Excellent ventilation. Superb airflow for front, top, and rear fans. Excellent water cooling / radiator support. Sexy and sleek. I've gutted this unit out (since nearly everything is modular) to support a Thermaltake water pump / reservoir combo, added three RIIG fans for the radiator, Thermaltake RGB PETG fittings, Thermaltake RGB W4 water block for the CPU, and connected all of it to the RGB controllers that came with the fans, CPU block and PETG 16mm fittings. My only regret was not getting a water block for the GPU, but none exists for the Radeon R9 280 video card (at the time of this writing). If you're looking for a sleek case, water or air cooling, this is the well worth the cost. A++Liquid cooling parts list:1. but it is perfect!! Nice and big on the inside
Just bought this case because my last was way too small for the NVIDIA GTX 970 card to fit and would build up way too much heat. This case is REALLY BIG for a Mid Tower; but it is perfect!! Nice and big on the inside, organized and plenty of room for really big fans. My computer does not get hot anymore, mainly because I separately purchased two 200mm fans for the top of the case to suck the hot air out!Cons: No good instructions on examples to where to place your SSD's if you take out the power supply cover that is already included.Over all, i will suggest this to others if they would prefer a big open case with good air flow and wanting to have future upgrades.

Customer support?
The case is very large, and versatile, which are great for being able to build comfortably. It does look great, too. The layout is wonderful, as there is plenty of room to work, and plenty of room to add to your build. This extra room is also great for keeping your build looking good by being able to tie up and/or tuck away all the cables. Specific compartments for specific components is a great addition, too. There are several things stopping me from giving this 5 stars:1. Instructions are vague to the point of almost being useless;2. The front panel feels very thin, and every time that I turn the computer on I feel like I should be careful not to push the power button too firmly (maybe it's just me?);3. When I follow the vague instructions on how to change the RGB LEDs on the fans it not only doesn't work, but my computer reboots;4. I have emailed customer support 4 times about the fans and have yet to receive a reply.

10/10 would recommend
This was my first computer build and the Thermaltake CORE X31 was a breeze to build in and do wire management with. Honestly I wanted the x9 but it wouldn't fit on my desk. However, since building this rig I haven't looked back. The power supply cover looks great (i kinda hate exposed power supplies) the ssd trays on top were easy to use as well as the three bay harddrive tower, that you can split up and move to the back if you would like them out of sight.

fans are garbage
love the case have 2 of em, every RGB fan is dead or replaced bc of loud bearings, attempted replacements through Thermaltake only to get 3 different fans but never one that matched the ones in my case, legs break really easy as well

Awesome looking case, cheap where you don't see
I bought this case months ago, transferred the contents of my prior build over, and faced some challenges. None of the standoffs that came with the case were any good! I had to steal the standoffs from an antique HP build to fit in a simple MicroATX board. That was the worst of it. I specifically chose this case because I wanted to have an optical drive, and not too many options these days have one. Little did I realize that also keeps me from putting my radiator on the top - had to put it in the front - which then forces me to decide how to set the fans up, since this case comes with 2 RGB fans in the front. Since I'm not ready to go full RGB, I wasn't about to re-design it all and sink more money into it, so I did it the risky way and kept the front case fans AND the radiator AND the radiator's stock fans on the other side of it, and really try to match the speed. It also has a big ugly opening right over the PSU on the bottom, which my PSU is nothing TOO special, and you just see random labels through it. It's really expecting RGB everything though.Overall though, it's been a great build. My cat liked to jump on it and hit the power button, so now the power button controls the RGB fans, and the reset button became the power (which is almost impossible to press with your bare finger). And of course, the glass cover tops it all. The moment I saw the idea of having one big solid piece of glass over the whole case, I knew I needed it. And that's what I got.Oh, and the spot for the optical drive? Yeah, I had to first bend out a couple metal pieces from the inside of the case which open the area for a drive, and provide mounts for it. Then I went to Michael's and got some black cardstock, and bent it into perfect shape around the drive, disguising its ugly metal case. The paper literally looks the same texture as the metal case.

USB Header
3.0 USB Header Was surging my motherboard when building. Causing heat spikes, nearly ruined my build!
