This corm meal makes the best fried corn bread. All you have to do is add water and salt to it.

My family has eaten pone bread with peas and collards most of my life. The ONLY meal we use is Hoovers. It is a very fine meal that makes my pone bread very light.

My family has used this cornmeal for years. Our access to purchasing this brand fried up so’s to speak. Therefore when I discovered this online, I was thrilled. We are very southern, so most store brand cornmeals are never ground to the consistency that we expect. Now I can make grandma’s cornbread dressing, corn fritters, etc again!! So grateful...❣️
