Thick and good quality. I have been using dry erase makers to circle for each workout and May ideas for lifts

These are awesome. They have all the information I needed to start home workouts. Only disadvantage is that they came rolled up for packing reasons I guess. I would have preferred them flat

These posters are a good value. They are laminated and sized for viewing easily.

There are a few redundant exercises, but all and all they are pretty good.

I received 15 nicely laminated sheets, though only 10 were unique. However, the sheets are double-sided, so you do get every poster pictured in the listing. (Plus 4 more: 20 sides, with “Stretching” showing up twice, so 19 unique posters. Those not shown in the listing are Skeletal System, Bodyweight Workouts vol 2, Cable Workouts, and Foam Roller, all of which are useful for me.) I would have been happy to pay less and avoid the duplicates, but the price was very reasonable and I have no complaints (I double-checked the set of 11 from the same company, but they don’t appear to include all 19 in this set).It’s worth noting that the depictions are pretty simple, and I’d guess there are some moves included that would be better, and safer, with some more detailed coaching. Use caution, as per usual with new exercises.I’m not sure I’ve solved the hanging/flipping them over challenge yet, but I’m thinking binder clips hung on nails or hooks.Overall a good value and I’m happy with the purchase.

Great for the whole body, targeted preferences, and all fitness levels. Easy to see and follow. Very motivating. Highly detailed and informative illustrations of the muscular and skeletal systems. Nice touch to have 2 sets of three of dual-sided posters (Kettle ball/Barbell, Dumbbell/Bodyweight, Battle Rope/Medicine Ball). I strongly recommend including a 2nd copy of The Skeletal System/The Muscular System poster; I would love to be able to view both simultaneously and would be very grateful to receive one for my set of posters.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to post a video, because I was having a hard time finding a way for me to put these up. I don't have a wall I can permanently put them up on. I found these pants Hangers at Walmart and I think these will do just fine! I can get to both sides, and it is portable. I am very happy with these posters!

I went back and forth for a long time on ordering the decks of cards but they are sooo expensive and you would have to get multiple decks! I ended up getting this set and made my own! Simple, and more compact.

Zwei Sterne nur, weil die Poster an sich gut sind, die Darstellungen und die Lamination. Aber sie sind leider nicht auf der einen Seite vertikal und auf der anderen horizontal, wie angegeben. Es gab nur ein Poster, bei dem das zutraf, noch dazu eines, dass ich gar nicht brauchte, dafür waren auf der einen Seite ein Poster (z.B. Bodyweight) und auf der anderen ein anderes Poster (z.B. Stretching). D.h. wenn man beide aufhängen möchte, müsste man sich für eines entscheiden. Zwei Poster waren auch noch doppelt.So kann ich das leider nicht brauchen und ich werde die Poster zurückschicken.

So these are great posters one sided however in the description was “ Double Sided Posters - Front Vertical - Back Horizontal (same information on both sides)”.Well, only 1 (yes 1) of the 15 posters met this description. The rest all had other vertical posters (some duplicates) meaning I can only use 1 poster in the horizontal position. All the rest will have to be vertical. The good news is I have a complete set of the 15 vertical posters, but no horizontal option as was described.
