EasyRelief Multi-Level Back Stretcher with Posture Corrector | 3-Level Lumbar Back Massager and Adjustable Posture Corrector - Back Pain Relief for Men and Women

To my surprise I could only manage the Stretcher on the lowest of the 3 heights, however that is all I need to relieve the strain on my back. It's a bit uncomfortable at first (due to not stretching the back muscles for some time) but eases after each use. I suffer with Degenerative Disc's, Arthritis + Fibromyalgia, the stretching board helps ease the pain in my back. My back clicks all the way up when I lay down on it, which is a relief itself. As stated in the instructions, don't use this for more than 10 minutes at a time (I can only stay on it for 5 mins at the mo, but that's all I need to get the relief I want from it).I have a few Back Posture Supports, all different sizes, but the bonus Shoulder Posture Support that comes included, has got to be the best one I've used by far. For something so small + simple, I certainly does the job. Easily hid under clothing too. The only fault I can find is that the straps are a little awkward to adjust when it's on.

Yes it seems to work reasonably well.

This item is great, easy to use. The only downside is the back corrector is too big for me so I need someone else to help me strap it. So if you're a small person bear this in mind.

I bought this as I've developed back pain through working from home without a proper desk / chair. It's a fairly flimsy piece of plastic kit, and the spongy strip that goes down the middle isn't attached so it just falls off. I'm using it every day but not sure yet if it's helping although I'm only only the lowest setting for 5 mins as you have to build up gradually, so I'm hoping I'll see some improvement. The back support thing is a waste of time - VERY fiddly to put on if you don't have anyone to help you

Got it for my co worker. She is on larger side and she loved it. It fit perfectly and didn't hurt the armpits. But don't wear it for too long,than it would hurt. She's very happy with it.

As I've only just received this I can't really comment on the back stretcher part of this but I can on the posture corrector.I'm guessing this is meant for small people as it's difficult to put on and I'm not that large. I take a large size for t-shirts etc. The photograph on the instruction leaflet shows a male adjusting the long straps but I can assure you that they are not even half the length shown. This makes it quite difficult to adjust on your own and if you're anything bigger than a large it's going to be impossible to wear let alone adjust.So I'd have to say don't buy this if you're a larger person.Have a look at the photo of the instruction leaflet - what does that mean? "Do not use malignant tumors within 20 minutes after meals."

Works greatGood quality product. Comes with straight forward instructions, very simple to put together and use. Been using with my chair and stops me from slouching. Recommend for anyone who has back pains. All for an excellent price!
