Measure the spacer on your current shock before buying.
I've had these on for a couple of days now, and the shocks dropped my front end by about 2 inches. This was my fault because I did not measure the spacer at the top of my shock, which I assumed was 6 inches but was more like 7.25 inches tall. This was causing my tires to rub, so I bought the Rough Country 2-inch spacer for the lower end of the shock, which helped me gain some clearance back, and the tires no longer rubbed against the wheel well. Overall, these seem to be some real sturdy shocks that made my ride a bit smoother while driving and going over bumps.

Amazing
Amazing ride quality. Much better than the fabtech design that I previously had. I honestly probably will never use any other brand on any other lifted vehicle I have. I would have expected a much higher price for the quality

Rough Country N3 Loaded/Lifted Struts
I ordered these for a Christmas gift along with the Rough Country 6โ Lift kit for a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 Extended Cab. Installed the lift and after completing the lift found out these were the wrong struts. I called Rough Country and they confirmed the part number 501088 is the 6โ Lifted Struts part number. Then I gave them the actual number off the strut that came in the box the number on the strut is 649084 to find out these are the struts that go with the 3.5โ Lift Kit not the 6โ Lift kit as advertised. I am currently dealing with the issue between Rough Country and Amazon, I will update this review once I get the issue resolved. Iโm not sure if you have ever put a lift kit on but once you do you could only imagine my frustration when I set the truck on the ground. Hopefully between Amazon and Rough Country this issue will be resolved quickly!!!๐ก

Smooth Ride
I've put a review up on their website and a link to my initial review and how to install video. In short, yes I recommend these coil over shocks. The install instructions are bad. But the product and shipping are good. If anything changes in the next 30 days, I'll edit this.

Super Easy Install
Quality product & Fairly priced. After replacement the RC Lift Struts & RC Upper Control Arms restored the ride quality on my lifted 2007 Chevy Tahoe Z71.

Buy with caution. They are not 6".
They are not 6" when installed. What they replaced were the oem struts which were on a six inch extension that goes between the strut and the strut mount on truck. They went in real easy. They feel like they are decently made. Once installed my truck had an obvious rake. It was not driveable from rubbing. We were able to cut steel spacer plates for the strut mounts totaling an inch for each side. Now it is perfect. The struts ride great. I really like them but what a pain in the butt. My truck is a 2013, Z71 4wd with a 6" Pro Comp suspension lift. On 35's. It rubbed horribly. If they made this strut at inch longer it would have been fine. Even if I could have ordered the spacers had time permitted it wouldn't have been so bad but I had to have my truck back on the road that day.

To short for application. Rough Country in house tech said they would fit.
Bought Fabtech 6" lift/leveling kit for my 2010 Sierra 11 years ago. Time for new struts so I called Rough Country and asked if these would be a suitable replacement. They confirmed it was a fit. HOWEVER, I had to return them due to them being 2.5" short for that application. Returned and purchased same unit with 7.5" lift from Rough Country and they were also short by slightly more than an inch... No worries, the longer unit combined with a leveling kit of 1.5" at the base of the strut sufficiently replaced factory strut with Fabtech extension hardware built on to it. Hope this helps someone sometime ;) Wrong fit... great item.

Don't properly fit 6" lift
Took old struts out and compared them to these and they were almost 1.5" short. My truck does not have a 7.5" lift either, so had to go buy spacers to make them fit properly. Also had talked to rough country themselves and they told me they would work without any extra modifications or hardware.
