Close tolerance but build quality not perfect.
Tolerance very good... 100 ohms stated, 99.5 to 100.9 in the batch I received. Quality good but not brilliant as in some the internal resistance element can be seen through the ceramic glue. In use they heat evenly (i have a thermal camera) and seem perfectly happy at 100 C.
