Samson Matstone 6-in-1 Juicer - GB9001

The Samson 9000 juicer has surpassed my expectation. I have had this machine for a little more than two months and I have been using it almost daily. It's just so easy! The clean-up is easy, easy, easy. The assembly and dis-assembly takes no time at all. I love that the unit fits nicely under my cabinets. I't takes on everything I've put in it like a champ and the fresh juices are so tasty. I feel better and actually look forward to the process. Awesome machine.

I have had both this juicer and tanother masticating juicer that I enjoyed for over 9 years. But this one has cheap quality on its part. The juicing screen broke to bits after about 40 uses. More difficutl to clean than my other one. Research a bit more and get the other brand of highly superior quality. Also I have yet to find where to buy the parts that are breaking. Manufacturer does not respond. The juicing screen has to be imported at high price and is reviewd as a poor quality one has well.

The machine is doing the job perfectly.We bought this few weeks ago and since then we have used the juicer in about every two days. It really extracts all the juice from the veggies and fruits. Still learning how to use it for soft fruits, as it seems not to extract all the juice but I believe that is only us - there should be something we have not read, and in fact that is not something to bother us as we bought it to make juice mix from veggies and fruits.Overall, we are very impressed with the results!The customer service is great. They sent us a personal card written by hand. So nice!Additional note: I was searching in the net and in local stores to buy juicer that is not made in China, and I really did a good search but there were no stores to offer such a juicer! This juicer is made in Korea. I have some doubts that the new versions of Samson are made in China, and that was the reason to buy this particular version even though it is the older one. Like the design better than the new models too.

The title says "6-in-1 Juicer", but after I got it I realized that it only does a couple of things and the rest costs extra as you need to buy a bunch of extra attachments. . . and they are not cheap at all.I asked the seller to change the description because it was misleading and clearly false advertising, he assured me that he will, but of course he never did.Good thing they offer a one year replacement for the parts, because only after 6 - 7 times of use, one part cracked already. They did replace it, but I had to pay for the shipping. I am not very happy!

I'm so glad that I used Kitchen Best Manufacturing Group for the supplier of my Amazon order of this juicerafter the plastic juicing sleeve cracked from juicing wheat grass. After emailing through Amazon, we were able to speak with Joseph on the phone. He is sending a new sleeve and a locking hub free of charge and postage. He said this was a quality multipurpose juicer that makes the sweetest juice and gave us tips for juicing wheat grass successfully such as cutting the wheat grass about 3-4 inches long and feeding it slowly. As he said that a stronger model for wheat grass costs several hundred dollars more and can give juice a metallic taste, we feel very satified with our choice and such great service.

Ouch. Did all the research before buying and still missed the mark. I need fresh grass daily for medical reasons. You look at this juicer and you wonder, how can something with so many plastic parts be durable? How can plastic take that torque? But you read the reviews and you buy it anyway. In 6 months of daily juicing, I "blew" 3 strainers (which is a misnomer, since the edge of the strainer also grinds the grass at full pressure, so it's really like a mini auger) even though the last two replacements were so called upgraded and improved. The parts were free but postage was $12 a pop. Then a friend who is an engineer said that the motor was failing, he could hear backpressure bearing noise. As I packed it for shipping to Samson, six months old, I noticed two things: the lock collar was blown too (a common complaint, I am told) and a big warning on the back that says not to use commercially. Even the plastic seal where the auger fits into the motor looked damaged and degraded. IS a a half-cup of juice a day commercial use? Pretty to look at, easy to clean, good price, a great warranty but in the real world a complete disaster. Looking for another juicer.

I gave it 1 star because it wouldnt let me select 0 stars.The juicer has performed terribly since we got it from discountjuicers.comi do not reccomend getting anything from discountjuicers.com because they have terrible customer service.Here is what happened:1st time i used the oil attatchment the juicer made a loud sound and the sleeve was pulled away from the base. i called samson and they doubted anything was wrong with it. finally i sent it in, I PAID $24 shipping for the malfuncionting piece of equipment. they determined a piece was missing. they sent me back the same parts i had sent to them2nd time i was juicing and the screen broke. i called samson and the replaced the part and they paid shipping3rd time i was juicing and the L shaped part broke that goes around the auger. the machine has been a huge dissapointment. i called samson and told them about the situation and they are asking me to pay shipping. they think i did something wrong that caused it to break. i am juicing normal things like apples, carrots, oranges. my $90 juicer works much bettter thant his piece of crap.I highly reccomend you to stay away from any samson products based on my experience with them
