Utter witchcraft - but they work!
I've always thought knee straps etc were a bit of a "snake oil" type product, but when my ITB problems flared up again, a few weeks before a half marathon, I tried everything to sort them. Rest, Ice, Stretches, Massage etc. All to no avail. I was down to a maximum of 1-2k before crippling knee pain came on. Out of desperation, I tried these. Strapped them up really tight, with the lump right onto the IT band and went out... 5k, pain free! 2 days later I ran a half marathon, completely pain free, and set a PB by 7 minutes. I kind of know the theory of how they work, don't know how they're so effective, but they're an absolute gamechanger. If you've got ITB issues, try them.

Works perfectly- zero pain
Absolutely amazing. Was getting severe ITB pain at 2km, but I just did a 5km today with zero pain at all.
User
It does the job.
Works well, just a bit slippy.

Actually works! But not a long-term solution
I found that this band helps massively, I couldnโt go further than 2km before pain in my outside knee. Iโve used this a handful of times now, and Iโve just come back from an 8km run with minimal discomfort. This isnโt a solution though, it just hides the pain. Pair it with some strength exercises and hopefully the pain will go completely.

Velcro defective
Very disappointed.Terrible product. The Velcro does not stick at all, the box it is packaged in is cheap. The item comes with no instructions, I had to Google and find a short and unhelpful YouTube video.Do not buy.

Eases pain
I brought this as I'm suffering from a tight it band which causes knee pain. Tried this today and went for a run where I was able to run 5 miles with no pain. Along with rehab exercises and stretching, I'm hoping this will help.

OTTIMO PRODOTTO

Saved me leading up to a half
This is a great band. It saved me when I developed IT band problems 1 month before a half marathon. I placed the band securely around my knee area to support the IT band and I had very little pain during the race. This product is definitely a support and not a cure-all. Better to do PT exercises to strengthen muscles that cause pain in the first place.
