SF ADV VANILLA CREAM RTD

My Update : January 2021 O gave it a second chance. Im very happy I did. Update from prior review.Still no clumps what so ever. My second order now and I have had no problems with this product being clumpy. Ships fast, great price, packaging is good. I did find that my tummy just had to adjust to this shake. I drink it slowly and have a bottle of water after. The first week I drank maybe a half shake at a time. Second week full shake , no problems with nausea. I have no problems with the taste either or consistency of slimfast. I like the taste, its not chalky or overly sweet. My dr is following me on my progress. Ive told friends that skip meals to grab theses and drink up. I have also joined a slim fast support group online. I highly recommend. I cannot attest to weight loss yet. I will update again as I progress. Im doing the 321 slimfast program . 3 snacks (100 cal each ) 2 slim fast shakes 1/ 600 calorie meal . Im not hungry at all . The shake is filling and I've learned to make smoothies and other things via slim fast recipes from online group. Highly recommend . If you have a sensitive tummy. Start off slowly like I did. No clumps , did not taste bad. Packaging was fine. Shipped fast. I was very excited to do slim fast to lose some weight. I actually liked the taste.Lactose free is perfect for me. Unfortunately this made me very nauseous. Too much for my tummy. Im disappointed. I tried it a couple days and just did not set well on my tummy. So back to Glycerna hunger Shake. I can tolerate this one. I drink it at Breakfast no problems. The only difference I noticed was no niacin, no zinc lower % of the added vitamins.

I drink one daily every morning, the flavor is great. It is not chalky, best chilled. It definitely holds you over as a meal supplement, just cutting out caffeinated drinks and very rarely having a sugary drink pair with this and my normal eating habits, I have lost 25lbs in 6 months. This is NOT adding any exercise as I was only 165lbs and have a joint/muscle disorder it makes walking/running a strenuous exercise, so once the weather permits I will add swimming to help get to my goal weight, but for now this is helping keep the unnecessary weight off. When my day gets rushed, I have a 2nd for lunch. My children beg me for them, as to them they taste like a milkshake lol. Vanilla Cream is the best. The chocolate one to me is gross. The new banana cream is ok, very fake banana pudding tasting LOL, and the strawberry one is not bad either but my favorite is vanilla. I buy 5 cases a month and now my husband drinks one with me every morning where as before this we would skip breakfast.

I turned to Slimfast after being in bed for 2 years after a surgery went sideways, left me many pounds overweight. When I began, I was still primarily bedridden and unable to workout. So I bought this product, a meal delivery service (Freshly), Bubly (to replace sodas) and a few Slimfast snacks to start retraining my stomach & eating habits. 2 Slimfast a day, one Freshly meal and then 100 cal snacks when needed. I quickly dropped the snacks and just in the first month I dropped 10 pounds without ANY exercising.After a medical procedure, I was able, for the first time in 2 years, to start working out. I continued the exact same meals -and made sure there were no other foods in the house to tempt me. Between the meal plans (including 2 Slimfast a day) and working out at first a few days a week-when possible- and now working on 7/days a week- I’ve lost 24 pounds and am half way to my goal.I picked this particular flavor/formula bc it was 20g high protein, 1g LOW sugar and the flavor is really good. So good it’s the only one I drink. I like the capaccino one but sugars are 6g instead of 1g for this flavor.Anyway-THANK YOU SlimFast. My doctors are thrilled with my weight loss & im getting my old body back in many more ways than one!

I use this as the "milk" in my ice coffee to add protein rather than just fat and sugar. It works well! The flavor has a fake vanilla taste but once in my coffee it taste fine. I went with these protein shakes because compared to other leading brands in the health industry it has far less carbs and sugar! The nutrition on these is actually better than my expensive shakes I was ordering before!

Over the past year, I have been, well, pretty much bed-ridden. Am now well. My muscles atrophied, my once fit 62 year old body gained weight. A lot of weight--20 pounds on a 5'5" frame. Went from a size six to a size twelve. OK, I can still fit into those stretchy size eight leggings, but who am I kidding? Me. I have NEVER put myself on a diet. Gain a couple of pounds, more swimming, more walking, less calorie intake.As I age, find it ridiculously difficult to loose pounds gained. All this to say, now that I am back on my game, have been in the pool, not doing laps, just moving my legs and arms. And, started about a month ago, one Vanilla Cream advanced slim fast per day. Happy to report more energy, more motivation to skip the extra small meals each day. In my case, a small meal was a banana with peanut butter. Down only twelve pounds, but attribute it all to my first time ever "diet" of slim fast. Amazing product, tons of fiber, low sugars and calories.Slim fast and I have been a very good match.So you know, pre-illness 122 lbs. I am 38c-33-38 now. Yikes, need to get back to 34-30-35. I am confident my filling, great nutritional slim fast shakes will keep me on track. Best value I have found. However, watch the price, it seems to continue to rise. Incidentally, I have not received any price discount, any free anything for my 50+ reviews. Some one should reach out to me, to write an honest unbiased review, as at my age, I certainly tell it as it is.

These are clumpy and the consistency varies from bottle to bottle. I've been ordering Slim Fast shakes for the past seven months and have loved them. But the past couple months they have been clumpy and changing consistency like they are spoiled, though the expiration is next year. And this is happening to all the flavors I buy. They still taste great, but I can't get over the surprise clumps and clotting here and there. I will be buying another brand from now on sadly.
