Ordered from this brand because of the quality and purity advertised. Good value for the amount you get (8lbs). Quality seems great. Made my own magnesium spray using 1 part magnesium flakes dissolved in distilled water. I heated the water alone in the microwave then mixed in the flakes. Dissolved pretty quickly. I spritz it from a glass spray bottle on my stomach/arms before bed. Could be a placebo effect but I feel like the past few nights I’ve been getting a deeper, better sleep. Didn’t get any rashes or anything with the mix I made but I know everyone is different. Will buy again in the future.

After learning the benefits of magnesium spray/oil from TikTok I set out to make my own. The stuff that’s being sold on TikTok is so overpriced for what it is and can be made easily with a 50/50 blend of these magnesium flakes + hot water. I spray it directly onto my armpits. It stung after application for the first couple of weeks, but does not sting anymore and I get all the benefits of a magnesium spray at a fraction of the price.

I absolutely love this product. I used to use epsom salt in my baths. And it never worked for reducing the pain in my legs. Then I did a ton of research and found this product. I am thrilled that I did! It really works! One thing I didn't like is the cost, because you have to use the whole bag for 1 bath. I guess you could use less but I think you need to use the entire bag for it to really work. Great product.

I love the quality of this product! It dissolves great, makes a huge difference in my sleep and in my overall health! I notice a difference when I don’t take a bath with this vs when I do. I use to take magnesium drops but have noticed this approach works much better.

I purchased this a while ago and have been using it but not on a consistent basis. I did find it easy to mix up and have given some to family and friends since you get a lot in the package.

Thankfully this product is worth the hassle! This is the second container I have purchased and the lid has been smashed! :-(

Amazing quality no add chemicals, crops, anything other than the pure healing salts and they definitely do help soaking a warm hot bath. I do use more than recommended on the container as I have a lot of eggs and pains I find it one of the only salts I’ve come across that actually is effective, in helping ease the aches and pains

I have been using regular epsom salts my whole life and when I used these I physically felt a difference. These are high quality.
